Fr eg: Restrict the user to store only doc, docx , xls, xlsx and pdf file types

This functionality is available on an organizational level with version 6.6 under Organization → General → Restricted file types

When implementing DW, our customers would like to move their documents that are existing in their shared drives into DW. Of course, the strategy required to move the files into DW and provide some intelligent metadata is a separate strategy. However, going forward, the organization wants to limit the type of files that users are allowed to store into the system (they see movie and music files being stored on their shared drives because these cannot be sent over emails). This is the reason we are requesting for this feature.

No reason that we would want it. Might get a requirement like that in the future.
