Table Field available in Merge Forms
We would like to have the option of adding Table field from the Form Designer in Merge form. Or the system should be able to use both Web form and Merge form option in case the above request is not possible.

Add ability to configure width of individual columns in Form tables
Some fields, like those with Number and Date types, do not require as much space as Text fields. Likewise, text fields (and Dropdown fields to a lesser extent) may require more space than allocated when the form is initialized.
Instead of having each user manually adjust the widths of these columns (see https://knowledgecenter.docuware.com/docs/forms-designer?highlight=People%20who%20fill%20out%20the%20form), there should be an option for the form designer to pre-set column widths for this element.

Allow using a PDF as a public-facing form
Sometimes, customers want to use the formatting from an externally created form for users to input data into DocuWare, especially if the form is being transferred from print or another web form service. Using an already created PDF, and creating fillable sections similar to what currently exists in the Merge Form menus could help.

Increase column limit for Tables in DocuWare Forms
Currently, the Table item in DocuWare Forms can only support up to 12 columns per item. This can be inconvenient when an existing file cabinet has a table field with more than that number of columns.

Adapt the zoom of the attached picture of a form
Zooming 100% a form shows the entire document while the same zoom % shows only a detail of the picture that is attached to this form.

Allow Internal Signee to sign before external Signee in Electronic Signature PreConfigured Solution
Currently, the configurations in the Electronic Signature PreConfigured Solution does allow for an internal signee to sign by using a second envelope, but the option for the internal signee to go before the external is currently not offered. If there exists an option for the internal signee to sign at all, can the solution be amended to allow the internal signee to sign first?

ability to create forms with pre-filled non-system fields
in a Workflow sometimes it is necessary to create pre-filled forms according to the Workflow data. Example create a payment request form according to the validated invoice with the possibility of automatically retrieving invoice data.

Prefill form field with another form field
Some forms capture the same data over and over again, we need to be able to prefill a form field with one that was captured earlier.

Table Form Field
Add a behavior to form table fields and make the table map directly onto a merge form. Also add a delete button for form calculations.

Require entries in table field on forms
I would like the ability to require at least one row be completed in a table field on the form.
I would also like the ability to require certain columns in the table field to be required for each row of the table.4 votes -
To create a way that a e-form can be automatically populated with data from an external source
A way that a e-form can be populated with data from a external data source automatically by inserting only one value in a field or dropdown and then populate all other fields with the rest of the data and then automatically submitting the form.

Dynamic Text Size for a Merge Field
Please add an option for the text size to be Dynamic. Basically when the text entered on the feild is longer than what is on the Merge Document, then the text gets cut off. If there was a simple check box for Dynamic text, then when the text entered on the form was longer than the merge document field, it would automatically resize small enough to fit into the merge field.

Multi Column Select Lists - Define which column is the stored value
In a multi-column select list, these are used as "Helpers" for the user to select a value from an SQL DB. If the user types the name from the first column, we want to provide five other columns to help them identify which one they want, things like address, active/inactive etc. I want to be able to allow them to select the one they want BUT only return or store when indexing the value in the 4th column, for Vendor ID and not the name they searched by in column 1.

Web Forms: Auto number to increase when the form is submitted, not opened
The auto number used in a web form increases every time the form is opened, not submitted. I was expecting to be increased every time the form gets submitted, as we use the auto number to identify the form.

Add a "Clear Form" option / button
With the newly added auto populating of selective select list fields. The potential for an error that can not be remedied is evident. If an auto populated field is read only for example, even if you change the initially selected field via X and new drop down selection, it does not correct the other fields.

Web Forms: Possibility to add tables
It will be great if we had the possibility of adding tables to web forms and also indexing them to an existing table database field.

Add the ability to link select lists to an index field of a File Cabinet in Forms
In Forms, select lists available are only the ones "manually" created as "single column" or "multiple columns".
It would be great to allow select lists based on an index field in a File Cabinet. For Example : select list based on an index named "Customer" in a dedicated File cabinet, which could be updated/populated via other datas' assignments in a WF, after sending the Form.
This way the select list would be always up to date, with no need to add manually a new entry in the "fixed" select list or update any csv file or FTP file as well.…2 votes -
Can something be done with the "fixed Text" function of the Form Designer?
It is almost impossible to change font size consistently. The spacing and line breaks are always off when pasting text.

Time picker
A basic option that is missing on the web forms designer is a time picker. The date one works great...now if we just had a time option that pulled up a clock on the mobile device or browser to easily and consistently set the time that would be great.
