Simple Start up Template
Going in to using Docuware with zero experience, I would suggest give new clients a simple start up template to fill out. They could list Main File Cabinets needed (in outline format) and with those (also in outline format) the index headings they would like. Having filled those out would give a clear view of HOW the system would be set up, and prior to actual set up of the Stores, changes could be made. Not using the program at all prior to training, it's hard to visualize how it will work. The more the customer is familiar with the process prior to training , the more successful they will be. Lack of preparation and clarity of the process breeds frustration .
