Why do we need to assign a file cabinet to every tray?
When we assign users to roles (as DocuWare encourages) you can't create an Inbox via the New User Wizard, because it requires us to select a file cabinet. But since we do not want to assign file cabinets to individual users, that functionality is not usable.
Thank you for your idea. Right now we are focusing on other topics, so we are not considering this idea for future releases. If the demand for this topic increases, we might add it to future plans.

To get around this "limitation", I have created an "administrative" cabinet to hold user trays. As a side benefit the administrator can use this cabinet as a sandbox.
