    Please. Especially if you have more than 5 file cabinets. We would like to choose the HEX codes.

    You already let us search for empty fields in Deletion Policies. You should let us search for empty fields in Search dialogs.

  5. In Fixed Text editor, restore DELETE key functionality so that it deletes text instead of prompting to delete the entire field.

    I think this is possible already. I was at the DW Users Conference in Dec 2018, and another user showed me how. There's a "Search multiple file cabinets" option at the bottom of the Searches menu.

    We are able to set this up for Forms already; there's a place to add info for the Form user. Seems like it could be added to the Dialog, too.

    Dear Jon!

    Thank you for your idea. We have to think about that idea carefully because for some use cases me might run into data security issues which may not allow us to show customers data of historical cases to a new partner.

    But for single instances we are able to make tickets available in the portal. Please contact the support team in order to get access.
