Detect A Document With Base-64 Encoding And Decode It Before Displaying It
Many Third Party applications that do API integration want to use Base-64 encoding when transferring documents. Unfortunately, DocuWare does not decode the Base-64 before the document is stored. Therefore, it is desired to have the DocuWare web client support Base-64 and decode a document for display in the web client.
The specific use case that the client is seeing is a SalesForce implementation. SalesForce can only send the document using Base-64 encoding. Finding and Exporting mass documents based on Excel list to local directories
For audit purpose, it would be helpful to find some hundreds / thousands of invoices base on an Excel / CSV list, and export the documents found on a directory on a local PC. This is to hand over the document to the auditors or ministry of finance. Today a robot is doing it one by one, and this needs some days quarterly.

Integration with Acumatica
We are migrating to Acumatica for our accounting system. There are multiple document management vendors that integrate with them. It would be great if DocuWare had an integration as well.

forms
Have Forms have the ability to create a formatted output, such as a letter from Index fields and store the output in the Cabinet. Similar to a merge file in Word or Excel.

Install Docuware on AWS (S3) Servers
Some customers are requesting install DocuWare on AWS (S3) Servers and currently is not supported.
We will appreciate if we can perform this kind of installations on a short or medium future.

Using an External MSSQL Server during Install
During install when using a database version not supported the error reported by the installer is that it can't connect to database. It leads to a troubleshooting that MSSQL has the correct username/password and certain features installed. When looking at the setup logs the error is being trapped that X version of MSSQL is supported. If the error being trapped in a log was displayed back in the installer would assist in troubleshooting and documentation during installs.

Create data record with forms
I use forms for data entry all the time. I don't always need to store the document as long as I store the indexes. In forms it has the option of document format either letter or A4. Could data record be added to just store the indexes and not the form itself?

Storage Statistics Page
We need to see current storage statistics data BY CABINET as image characteristics (File Count and size for each image) vary and therefore projecting storage consumption would be more accurate.

Improve stamps trigger validation on edit dialog
On previous docuware version (6) on applying stamps cause validation trigger if the stamps is configuring to change a field.
The idea is to bring back this behavior to docuware 7, this is extremely great on cases that document need to be validated if need a specific stamp.
Now if change a document on result list using stamps this not occurs but if you edit index on edit dialog the validation occurs.

Delete documents and not values
Abitily to have a policy that deletes only documents and not values.

Variable
In the current date system variable on workflow, add the "time" because even if it is datetime the variable the time it is recorded is 00: 00: 00.00, to be able to use it in a field to keep control of the stamping dates of the activities, currently has to be done by other methods, when the simple thing is that they will also add the time to match what is stamped on the stamp

Cloud Backup
The Cloud is not infallible and no retention rules can satisfy requirements for all tenants. There should be a method to back up a tentant's own Docuware Cloud database and metadata for safekeeping.
We use Datto SaaS Protection to preserve Office365 data via API. Docuware should offer something similar, but even a period FTPS dump or some such thing would be better than nothing

Ability for token based authentication when using the API
It would be able to use token based authentication such as Oauth2 to connect to the APIs rather than needing to rely on user name and passwords.

reduce license timeout (actual timeout is 2 minutes!)
Please reduce the license timeout to zero. Right now the user has to wait 2 Minutes until the license can be used on a different computer. our client has multiple virtualized workstations (autocad, ...) and a terminal server. All users work on terminal server an on virtualized workstations for some tasks. Therefore they need docuware on both systems. We accept that one use can only be logged in on one device. But on the other hand, it would be user friendly, if the named license can be used directly after logout. This timeout doesn't make any sense when working with…

Background Process Status Screen
It would be very useful if an admin can see, which background processes are executed right now, and, which are scheduled. Additional it would be great, if you can see, how many documents are not processed by ocr.

Possibility to add colors in result list
Hello,
It will be good to add some colors in result list depeding of specific value of index like if:
[INDEX]="1" (display the line with red color)
[INDEX]="2" (display the line with green color)
[INDEX]="3" (display the line with Blue color)

Autoindex should log when run by file cabinet event
Autoindex does not log when it runs based on a file cabinet event. When it is run manually or by a schedule, a log is created, but not when run by file cabinet event/triggers. We need to be able to log all Autoindex events.
