   Hallo

   Wie ist denn Stand?
   Wir scannen häufiger Volumen mit Barcodeerkennung ein und kontrollieren im Briefkorb, ob alles richtig getrennt wurde bzw. nicht zuviel getrennt wurde an Barcodes. Da kommen im Normalfall mehr als hundert Dokumente zusammen. Es ist äusserst unpraktisch, dass auf hundert Belege pro Seite begrenzt ist.
   Einfacher wäre es, auf 1000 oder mehr pro Seite zu begrenzen.

   Leider nicht. Emailadressen werden ja übernommen, aber Passwörter bisher nicht. Die Benutzerverwaltung ist bei DocuWare ein bisschen verwaist. Da werden Standards nicht richtig gepflegt. Mich würde interessieren, ob es zum Thema 2-Faktor Authenfizierung etwas geben wird. Kommt ja immer stärker.

    Wir haben gerade auf Docuware 6.7 umgestellt und arbeite erstmals mit Barcode und Forms.
    Direkt fehlen mir 2 Einstellungen aus Recognition:
    - Den Barcode auf eine Zeichenlänge begrenzen können. Arbeiten wir sehr stark damit.
    - In derselben Einstellung Hoch- und Querformat einstellen können. Da wir grundsätzlich nach einer Kategorie sortieren (Beispiel Lieferscheine), wo Barcodes auf beiden Varianten vorhanden sind, möchte ich nicht zwei Einstellungen einrichten und deswegen das Papier nach Hoch- bzw. Querformat sortieren müssen. Wäre ein Rückschritt aus meiner Sicht.

    Damit klappt es hervorragend.

12. In DocuWare 4.6 gab es ein Modul wo man sehen konnte wer in DocuWare angemeldet ist und wir hier alle abmelden konnten.
