Restrict annotation visibility based on profile
Customers like to use annotations on documents however if a user from a different profile logs in they too can see the annotation. If there was a way to hide them based on the profile that would be great.

to extend this idea, the ability to control edit permissions for an annotation layer based on role would be really helpful. eg. the accountants can edit the annotations on layer 2 but the regular users can only see those annotations so they can't mess with what the accountants have added
