An error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment Jon Weston commentedto get around this we can setup a multi-column select list and add a field to the store dialog, thus creating a clunky (and visible to the client!) workaround, but of course we can't do this in workflow. so there's no way of filtering select lists in workflow in the cloud

An error occurred while saving the comment Jon Weston commentedEvery single one of my workflow clients has requested this feature or something similar to give more control over the stamps. And I'm seeing several requests posted here along the same theme and they all have votes. Here's another:
I've attached a sample invoice from one of our clients where you can see the excess of fields and a dramatic overlap between two stamps which makes them both pretty useless.
An error occurred while saving the comment Jon Weston commenteda simpler version of this would be to put a "Include on stamp" checkbox by each form field in the workflow designer

Please Note: Apart from the improvement of scheduling options all other functionalities are available in the DocuWare Workflow Manager.

An error occurred while saving the comment Jon Weston commentedthe new Document Relations setup in DW7 in which DocuWare shows/hides defined document relationships (formerly document links) based on document criteria would be a perfect addition to stamps and would not only satisfy this request but would take it a step further. ie. we could set DW to only show a stamp if a document met certain criteria so that would work for task lists as well as general searches

An error occurred while saving the comment Jon Weston commentedinclude in this the ability to control the annotation rights for each layer. example: the accountants can edit the annotations on layer 2 but the users can only view/hide those annotations so they can't mess around with annotations the accountants have added

An error occurred while saving the comment Jon Weston commentedto extend this idea, the ability to control edit permissions for an annotation layer based on role would be really helpful. eg. the accountants can edit the annotations on layer 2 but the regular users can only see those annotations so they can't mess with what the accountants have added

a perfectly-good alternative would be to allow the use of the graphic designer for filtering, rather than free SQL statements.
