I suggest that you donate an extra admin license for partners at least for cloud basic
If the client is using four licenses, there is no license left for the admin user, which makes the support job more complicated

This would be so useful!! So many times customers will say that a worklow is not working, etc. and you can't login as the Controller to see what's going on. I can't believe this hasn't happened yet and not sure what the hold up is.

Establish a partner license for all systems so that when a client is having issues we can get into the system to assist them.... This is a good idea.
