We are currently investigating an issue when saving emails using the DocuWare for Outlook Add-In. There are currently some limitations and delays.

Improved Version (Proposal)

Issue:
We are currently experiencing a problem when saving emails to DocuWare using the Web version of the Outlook Add-In.
Even if the save operation appears to be completed, the document may not actually be stored in DocuWare.

Confirmed occurrence time:
From [MM/DD HH:mm] onward

Affected users:
Customers using DocuWare Cloud and saving emails via the Web version of the Outlook Add-In

Note:
Since some saved documents may not have been stored correctly, users who saved emails during the affected period are advised to verify their saved documents in DocuWare.
