Audit in document tray.
As document tray is a part of Docuware system, we need an audit fonctionnality.
As part of our continuous improvement process, we have identified the need to strengthen your DocuWare configuration regarding audit trail management and supporting document retention.
Currently, some document types arrived in document tray without complete traceability. This creates gaps in the reliable audit trail and limits our ability to retrieve and validate records efficiently during internal reviews or audits.
The objective is to ensure that all incomming documents are fully traceable, properly supported, and compliant with our internal control standards.
Could you please assess the feasibility of this enhancement and advise on configuration options, required developments (if any), and an estimated implementation timeline?
