When workflows created in the Desktop Apps version of Workflow Designer are migrated to the Web Workflow Designer, the layout and positioning of activities, branches, and connections can become significantly distorted.

This issue is particularly noticeable in complex workflows and can result in the following challenges:

• Activity positions are substantially altered after migration.
• The overall flow becomes difficult to follow due to reduced visual clarity.
• The original design intent and process structure are harder to understand.
• Considerable effort is required to manually reorganize the layout after migration.

To improve migration efficiency and maintainability, we would appreciate your consideration of enhancements that preserve the original layout and positioning information as much as possible during migration from the Desktop Apps version to the Web Workflow Designer.

If complete layout preservation is technically difficult, we would also welcome consideration of features such as:

• An automatic layout optimization function
• A post-migration layout repair/recovery function
• Migration options that minimize layout disruption

We believe these improvements would significantly enhance usability and reduce the effort required to transition workflows to the Web Workflow Designer.
