Add Stamps to Multiple Documents in workflow (not using API)
We would like an option in Workflow Designer and standard stamping to apply a workflow stamp either to the first page only or to all pages of a document. For example, when a user approves a batch of invoices, the stamp is currently applied only to the first page. If the document contains multiple pages, we need the ability to apply the same stamp, including workflow comments and user information, to every page without using an API. This is important because, in a four-page invoice or document, stamping only the first page creates a risk that someone could print the document, replace page two or three, and create a discrepancy. Applying the same stamp to all pages would help reduce the risk of fraudulent changes and avoid the need for manual checks or complex workarounds in the current setup
