How can I convert multiple EML files to PDF without doing them one by one?
I have a fairly large collection of EML files that I need to archive as PDFs. I initially thought about opening each email in an email client and using Print > Save as PDF, but that seems impractical once you have hundreds or thousands of messages. Similar questions come up in forums because bulk processing is much more convenient than handling every email individually.
I’m currently looking at the DRS Softech EML to PDF Converter because it supports bulk conversion, so multiple EML files or complete folders can be processed together. It also keeps the email formatting, metadata, and folder hierarchy during conversion.
Another useful option is the ability to choose particular files or folders rather than converting everything. There is also a date-range filter, which seems helpful if I only need emails from a specific period.
Has anyone here used DRS Softech for a large EML archive? I’d especially like to know how well it handles folder organization and large batches.
