Implement Keep Entries in Web client
6.5 lost the Windows client feature "Keep Entries"
I want it implemented in the current version, Web client.

As Mr, Hoeksel said, this functionality is available if you select multiple documents to be stored,

It has it. If you select multiple documents from a web basket, and select "Store", you'll have that check-box. You probably saw it missing when you tried to store a single document. I made the same mistake :)
