Field entry matchs standard Web functionality
- If there is already a field filled in, but it’s wrong, it won’t replace when highlighted, the user has to manually wipe it out.
- If you type very fast, it will leave out letters. I believe it is accessing the select list as you type, but if you want to just type an entire word, even though you keep typing, it is trying to access the select list after a couple of letters, but then it realizes you are still typing so it then shows the letters you are typing, but it misses the letters you typed while it was accessing the select list. Hopefully you know what I mean here. Again, this is something that forces them to slow down, and seconds make a big difference. It is really frustrating if you are a fast typist like me ☺. (This was a change with v6.5)

I will inform the reponsible product manager about this issue but will close the idea as this semms to be more of a faulty behavior that needs to be investigated by our Support team in a support case. Thank you for understanding.

For number 2, it is a problem when using the viewer in a separate window, which is our default. If the viewer mode is always in the same window, then it is much better. However, the 'always in the same window' mode makes it difficult to work when your cabinet has a lot of fields you need to view or when you need to always be viewing multiple documents at the same time.

My entire agency has problems with number 2. There are some definite lag issues when typing in the indexes and it has caused some problems. I would definitely like to see this part fixed.
