BRING BACK AUTO ROTATE
Automatic Image Correction would previously automatically rotate documents. In the last update it stopped auto rotating the documents. Now I have to rotate each individual document.

create a way to make the pdf that was created from a form uneditable.
I currently have a workflow that starts with a form - the document created by the form then gets stamped and emailed out. I can merge layers so the stamps are on the document that gets emailed out but the content from the form is still editable.

The PDF can be “flattened” so it won’t be editable. -
Allow password expiration override on individual users
I have been advised that password expiration days is system wide. I would like to override specific users such that their password never expire. Example scenario includes user accounts intended for forms processing, workflow processing, import processing, API, and other "Service" type non-interactive accounts.

Sorting by "total pages" column
We cannot sort by "total pages" column in DW 6.6.

Delete checked-out documents that have been stapled or clipped.
Currently, checked-out documents are stuck in limbo if you staple or clip them in your tray. When you checkin the merged document to your cabinet, the checked-out documents that are now merged remain checked-out, and you are unable to delete them manually. I would love for the system to somehow identify when checked-out documents have been stapled or clipped, and then delete themselves when the merged document returns to the cabinet. Thank you.

Ability to rename a list
I have a lot of lists (created by using "Save this search as list" from a result list) and need to rename some lists now.

Allow stored time to be a searchable field
I want to be able to determine what time a document was stored. This would be for tracking and managing production of employees who are scanning / storing documents.

Your idea is available since a few versions. You can already search for a combination of date and time. Also the date and time is viewable in the index entries of the document (system fields) -
Please return right-click functionality in the dialogs fields
Users are used to bring up select list and Filtered Select list (formerly Selective Select list) menu by right-clicking within fields.
All my users keep on right-clicking out of many years of habit with nothing happening. Very frustrating.5 votesThank you for your contribution.

I suggest to allow the defaults to be customizable in the HTML 5 Viewer
I'm not sure that this directly relates to Intelligent Indexing but I did not see a better category to add this suggestion. It would be wonderful if we could have the ability to customize (and save) more defaults in the DocuWare WebClient HTML 5 Viewer - for example, the annotation tool's type face & font color, the viewer magnification, etc. Currently we can change the default text size and color but it will not retain once we log out. We love the annotation tool and the colors are useful for our company in identifying which employee typed the text (without…

Apply filter to select list when using tables in forms as per use of normal other select lists filters in forms and workflows.

Create data record with Workflow Designer
It would be awesome to have the ability to create data records with workflow designer.

Allow use of Multi GL table within mobile app
GL split is not enabled on MOBILE. Following error is received:
The Docware server has encountered an error with the message: Assignment in activity: 'Approve' failed! [1: GL_SPLIT] Decision doesn't contains variable with id : 22! Parameter name: last Decision
How about enabling the GL split workflows to work on Mobile.

Stop Workflow Task if Document is deleted option
If a document is mistakenly stored to a file cabinet and kicks off a workflow, but then needs to be deleted the workflow steps remain. They should be automatically killed if the document is deleted. This would save the time of deleting the document and then searching for the task and stopping it.

Allow wildcard search in Docuware Forms
As far as I know, there is no possibility to search with a wildcard in a text field based on a select list.
Eg. :
I have a select list such as AB 100, 1B 101, AB 102,I'd like to get the result "AB 102" if I type "102", or even just "102".

Allow the DocID field to be a selectable field in file cabinets
Currently have to use a workflow to grab the docids and add them to a user created field called Document ID.

allow arithmetic expressions in workflow table fields default value
I am using a table field and I have to keep track of the number of days between an evaluation date and when the report is filed. I have the dates in a table field and I would like to pre-populate the difference in days by simply using a datediff function

Webhooks / REST API in Workflows
In Workflows you can trigger a webservice. It would be great if you could trigger a specific URL with parametres or a REST Webservice.

Allow tables in workflow tasks to be read-only
Currently, it's possible to show a table to a user within a task dialog (e.g. cost center table on an invoice, presented in a task for an approver).
However, there's no way to have that table be read-only. The task user has the ability to edit the table.
There should be a read-only option for a table field in the task dialog.
