Only Show Received Requests Tab When There Are Tasks
Since 7.9, the 'Receive requests" tab shows up even if there are no tasks in it. This is annoying when everyone is trying to keep their Tasks clear.

Thank you for your contribution. Your idea is available with version 7.10 and the latest Minor Update of 7.9. The "Received Requests" tab will only be visible if there is at least 1 request.

Since the last version, the received requests tab remains right in the middle, with no way of moving it, or even deciding whether or not to display it, thanks to precision in the administrator settings.
As far as I'm concerned, it's useless! just a visual nuisance.
