New DocuWare - Tabs with colour of cabinet
Could it be possible to see the colour of the cabinet on tabs in the new DocuWare like it is in the "former" DocuWare? This is very helpful for our customers. It is also true for trays, and search and results.

Sum in result lists
It would be nice to be able to have a sum of some index at the bottom of a result list : use case is, thare are invoices in validation, a reulst list gives the list of all invoices in the flow, the footer of the list displays the overall amount of amount to be paid in the list

Table index in Result Lists for export to Power BI

Make the used filters in the dynamic lists to stick after logout/login
Hello,
When using a list, you can filter it on each column, which is great for several users to use the same list with different approaches.
However, when refreshing the page or logging out, the used filters are not saved for the users in the list tab.
It's hard to understand for the users because it's a feature you already implemented on the Tasks tab. Every time you filter your tasks, the filter stays even though you're disconnecting and come back after.
This feature would be a great addition to the Lists, because unlike the searches that are not saved,…3 votes -
Enable duplicating result index in the index dialog tab
When configurating a list (result or proper list) we have to repeat twice the fields ordering and naming in 2 different tabs :"result" and "index dialog".
This could/very often represents a huge amount of time by reordering and renaming the fields and so on twice.
Would it be possible to make it easier by, for instance, ticking a box that will duplicate the config from "result tab" to "index dialog tab" (at least to initiate it), and then let the customer free to change or adjust it in the "index dialog tab" without impacting the "result" one ?

Display the subtotal of the "amount" columns in the lists and results

Displaying the subtotal of the amount columns (decimal or integer) would be very useful for customers.
Indeed, they are using "DcW lists" (and result dialogs) to prepare there payment schedule.
They are displaying several useful columns included "amount" columns, so they know wich amount represent each line (each invoice). But to decide weither they will pay or not an invoice, they also need to see the total amount of all the selected invoices.So having the possibility (same as in table fields for ex.) to display a total of a decimal or integer column will be very helpful for…

Summenfunktion in Listen
Es wäre hilfreich, wenn es eine Summenfunktion in den Listenfunktionen, z.B. für eine Liquiditätsbetrachtung nach eingegangenen Dokumenten, gäbe. So könnte man bereits ohne Datenexport auf einen Blick die zu erwartenden Summen im Blick haben.

Dokumentübergreifende Listen
Es wäre super hilfreich, wenn man Listen erstellen könnte zwecks Überprüfung der Vollständigkeit von Vorgängen. Beispiel: Auftragsbestätigungen auflisten, wo keine Dokumentart "Bestellung" mit gleicher Auftragsnummer abgelegt ist (oder ähnliches).

Es sollte möglich sein, Stichworte in Listen anzeigen zu lassen.

Einstellung der Listen (Spalten) sichern und ggf. rücksichern
Immer wenn man die Spalten in den Listen individuell einstellt und es kommt dann ein Update, sind die Listen wie im Ursprung und man muß sie wieder neu einstellen. Das ist sehr mühselig. Es wäre gut, wenn man die Einstellungen (Spalten) der Listen sichern könnte und wenn es nötig ist, wieder rücksichern könnte.

User sollten Listen für Belege der letzten X Tage/Monate anlegen können
Produkt Aufgabenlisten: Den größten mehrwert haben die Kunden bei den Nutzung von Listen, wenn Sie als Benutzer die Möglichkeit hätten in der Suchmaske nach Kriterien wie Belege der letzten X Tage/Monate Suchen und zu speichern. Aktuell geht dies nur über die Archiv Administration was keinen Sinn macht . Es müsste den Benutzern ermöglicht werden Listen mit Filter nach Dokumenten mit Ablagedatum der letzten X Tage /Monate etc. eigens zu speichern. Vor allem im Hinblick auf Projektarchive in welchem mehrere Personen unterwegs sind, wird das Produkt nur deshalb erworben. Muss dann aber Administrativ angelegt und verwaltet werden.

The information of the seconds
The column "created on" would be good to see hour, minute and second of the creation of the file, so it would be easier to group different files added at the same time (invoice + cmr) that come in the same email.

Listen sollten sich mit Informationen aus externen Datenbanken anreichern lassen.
Zur Vermeidung doppelter Datenhaltung wäre es schön, wenn sich die Ergebnislisten mit Informationen aus externen Datenbanken anreichern ließen. So könnte man beispielsweise personenbezogene Daten (Name, Geburtsdatum etc.) mit Hilfe des Docuware-Indexfeldes PersonenID aus einer externen Datenbank abrufen und in der Ergebnisliste in separaten Spalten einblenden.

Would it be possible to be able to class views (lists and searchboxes) in "folders" (managed by admin) ?

Definition Kriterium für Stickwortfeld auf auf Teile eines Feldes
Es ist in einer Listenkonfiguration nicht möglich, bei Kriterien auf Teile eines Stickwortfeldes zuzugreifen.
Enthält Anweisung greift nur auf das ganze Stickwortfeld zu. Zudem ist es auch nicht möglich mittels einer Ist(Where-Klausel) auf Teile eines Feldes zuzugreifen.
Konkret geht es darum, dass man in der Liste alle Dokumente anzeigen lässt, die in einem bestimmten Stichwortfeld teile des "Login des Benutzers" haben soll.

Erweiterte Filter in Listen
Erweiterte Möglichkeiten zum Filtern Listen wie bspw. "Ist leer", "Ist nicht leer", "enthält", "enthält nicht" würde das Eingrenzen von Ergebnissen und anderen Listen deutlich vereinfachen.
Sie Suche gibt hier leider auch wenig Möglichkeiten für die beispielhaften Anwendungsfälle: "Suche alle außer" und dies auch in komplexeren Zusammenhängen analog dem Regeleditor.1 vote -
Changeable label names have to display as column name in CSV files exported from DocuWare List.
When manually CSV exporting from DocuWare List, the column name of the exported CSV file is not the label name defined in DocuWare List of configuration. The database field names are displayed in exported CSV file.
The DocuWare CSV Export Tool can solve this problem, but customers who cannot install desktop apps will not be able to use this tool. It is necessary to get CSV file from the list of Web Client.
Expected result :
The label name displayed in the List is displayed in the CSV file instead of the field name in the database.2 votes
