  1. Add integration link functionality into Workflow notifications

    I would love to be able to generate dynamic DW Integration links in Workflow (based on index data and/or global vars). My main use case would be to use one or more links in a notification.

    Currently just getting an integration link requires a web service. (Web services are typically not trivial for our cloud customers.)

    And then, having a URLEncoded link, it is plopped as-is into the text of the notification which is really quite ugly.

    Please consider integrating integration links in workflow.

  2. Let DocuWare write into external database

    Since we are already giving DocuWare access to our external databases so it can read the data, why don't you guys let us insert values into those external databases using DocuWare information?
    We are currently trying to develop this into our organization but it's giving us a hard time.

  3. Toggle WF steps active or inactive

    If I unconnect and bypass an existing step (Task or Condition, etc.) I currently have to completely erase the step before continuing and testing the WF. Then I have to completely re-key the step and it's parameters and logic to get back to the previous process. Please provide a switch on all modules to enable or simply bypass.

  4. Workflow designer

    En el area de pruebas del Workflow manager, cuando hacemos referencia a variables en una lista de seleccion, aparece el string de codigo de bloque de selección, en vez de aparecer el valor seleccionado.

    I would like to be able to define a notification that would reoccur. For example when a document is on hold my users want to be reminded daily.

  6. Edit buttons for active workflow tasks

    I need to add the "check out to document tray" and other buttons for an active workflow task. We need the possibility to edit what is visible "In menu" and what is viewed as a button for workflow tasks. This is actually an option for every result lists. There would be nice to remove the reasign button here as well..

    Added to Ideas Backlog  ·  AdminDocuWare Product Management (Product Owner, DocuWare) responded

    Part 1 is already completed and available (at least in version 6.9) We added the second part to change the available functionality to our collection of ideas and features and will further investigate it. We currently cannot say exactly when this idea will be implemented. As soon as we have more information we will update its status.
