Creating reports in DocuWare administration
It is very important to create custom reports about users including role, profile, and group assignment, user permissions on each file cabinet. It is an added value in DocuWare administration for auditing purpose and PCI compliance.
Thank you for your idea.
Right now we are focusing on other topics, so we are not considering this idea for future releases. If the demand for this topic increases, we might add it to future plans.

I agreed with other comments below. Report is definitely a must. It is quite common user need to generate the report as per request by their auditors.

Most company global security teams require full user audit reports as part of an application's annual / ongoing compliance. This feature should be prioritised immediately - especially advertising DocuWare as information secure & compliant:
"Document management and workflow automation solutions for businesses that need their information secure, compliant, usable and accessible — from any device, any time, anywhere."

Every system must have reports. Your response for not considering this idea for future releases is absurd.

very good idea but additionally think a reporting tool is required, it is common for clients to request reports from all users types, cabinets, privileges, number of documents, records changes, deletions, but is easy to prepare.
