Include time, not just date, when automatically populating email metadata
The date is of limited value in an organization with lots of emails (almost everyone?). Search results can list many emails with the same date and subject, and half of them may have the same sender / receiver. To find the latest email, all must be opened and viewed. Any mail client will sort by time and be easier to use than DocuWare.
Thank you for your contribution.
Since version 6.9 you can use Datetime fields for storing the data.

Just an update - our main customer that needs this now uses Connect to Mail and can't use Connect to Outlook or Active Import anymore. What are the results of the review of this feature that started in January?

This issue got more votes than any other topic back in November. It's been "under review" since January. Will there be an update or response soon?

95 votes over two months and no comment from DocuWare?

This feature would be extremely helpful with the large amount of emails that we review on a daily basis.

We receive/send numerous emails daily with same subject and have 100-150 users researching these files. It would definitely be more efficient if we could determine the time received/sent without having to open up the file.

This would help out our company.
