Possibility to add colors in result list
Hello,
It will be good to add some colors in result list depeding of specific value of index like if:
[INDEX]="1" (display the line with red color)
[INDEX]="2" (display the line with green color)
[INDEX]="3" (display the line with Blue color)

Forced Auto Uppercase For Storing Documents in DocuWare Cabinet
In DocuWare 6.8, we had the configuration to force all uppercase for users storing documents. This was very helpful as it prevented lowercase store documents and kept the cabinet(s) in uniform order with ensure they stored documents fields were store in uppercase. We are currently on 6.12 and do not have this option with this feature. Please kindly consider bringing this feature back.

Allow The Folder Structure Dialogs to be accesable by URL integration.
Seeing as more and more parts of DocuWare are directly accessible by URL Integration it would be nice for the Folder Structure dialogs to be directly called by an URL Integration as well.

Autoindex should log when run by file cabinet event
Autoindex does not log when it runs based on a file cabinet event. When it is run manually or by a schedule, a log is created, but not when run by file cabinet event/triggers. We need to be able to log all Autoindex events.

DocuWarePlatformApi should exist as a .NET standard library
The DocuWarePlatformApi is currently a ".NET framework" library. It should exists as a ".NET standard" library for compatibility purposes.

Intelligent indexing - Reset learned data for one document
With intelligent indexing we can reset the entirely learned documents using the configuration page. (using https://intellix.docuware.com).
But deleting the learned data for only one or more documents is not possible. (access denied to the documents tab).
It's should be nice to give us this right, so we can delete wrong learned documents and not all the repository.

Upgrades kill custom settings
Configuration files are often modified in a live system. But the modifications are lost when the system is upgraded.
I recommend updating the excellent upgrade guide FAQ #2594 to add reference to this issue. The issue is further described in FAQ #4134.
An additional argument could be made for a utility to run prior to upgrade that ran through the server folders and noted any ".settings" and ".config" files that had changed since the last upgrade. (Further option would be for the utility to rename them so the installer wouldn't delete them prior to the upgrade.)

Support for S3 and OpenStack-compatible object storage protocols
Docuware should support data access using S3 and OpenStack-compatible object storage protocols. These are currently the most popular standards for accessing cloud storage and is becoming increasingly popular on premise. OSS would create accessibility and compatibility between internal and external space. This would allow users to tier and expand their on premise space to extend to the cloud in case of failure or WAN. If done correctly Docuware could connect on premise systems to CLOUD systems for live fallback, syncing & mirroring as well as other benefits.

Biometric login
Hello,
We have customers that for totally different reasons need the possibility of biometric login:
1) those whose staff is not prone to use user names and pws
2) those that want to go above the security level of a pw

In some cases hint text could help Docuware users to avoid fulfilling errors.

Develop a new connector from Kodak Capture Pro (Kodak Alaris is interested in this also)
Kodak Capture Pro software used to have a connector to output indexed batches to DocuWare. That is no longer available. Many high volume scanning departments and service bureaus use Capture Pro. Kodak Alaris is interested in developing this again. A DWControl file format is probably the easiest and most easily understood way to accomplish this.

Master and detail mechanism for filecabinets
Today filecabinets only allow scalar fields for indexing documents.(Some exceptions as keyword fields, but that strategy does not comply)
It would be great to have the ability to have a master/detail concept. Allowing to store the information regarding the master document and its childs. INVOICEs are probably the best example, the filecabinet would allow to store data as PO number, total aumount, buyer info, etc (as it already does) and also in someway allow to store info about the ordered products info (SKU, unit, description, amount, etc).

Attach file on the begin of existing Document via Platform API
Multiple customers want to see the last file attached to the existing document as the first in the viewer. This would make sense for a method similar to the existing AddDocumentSections, which adds new sections to the begin of the document.

Ability to create custom actions
Sometimes we want to perform actions that DW doesn't provide out of the box. In those cases we usually create external processes making use of DW Platform API.
What I propose is to allow developers to create custom actions that users can use in web client when they right-click a document or entry from a result list so that custom code can run in synchronous fashion.

Every error message should be searchable. If I type a DW error message and don't get any results, I just do no understand that.
