Professional Query with Platform Services
The platform services should support searching a file cabinet with a query string (in GAPI called ProfessinalQuery), so that queries in the form
([STATUS]=EMPTY() AND [DOKTYP]="INVOICE")
OR
([STATUS]="VALID" AND [DOKTYP]="INVOICE-SIGNED")are possible.

Replacement for Office Add-In
There should be a replacement for Office Add-In's. I have several customers that used this feature until it quite working correctly with excel documents.

Automatically export the event log
In Docuware Cloud, only 10,000 records are allowed, our client has a lot of disagreement about this matter. How can we get the records to a local database to have all the historical event record? Through the Local Data Connector, make a connection to a local database and at the destination of registration, you can select this connection

Provide multi-record (multiple tasks) re-assign option.
Provide multi-record (multiple tasks) re-assign option. For example, when a user leaves the company and has multiple tasks assigned to him/her, we need an easy way to re-assign these tasks to a different user. Currently, it can only be done one-at-a-time.

Allow variables to be used in workflow names and descriptions
Allow variables from the assign data object in Workflow Manager to be used in Activity names and descriptions of other workflow objects such as tasks. If you have options such as approve or reject, it would be nice to know a "common name" for the Activity name.
Example Activity name currently is "Step 1: Approve payment". This doesn't say much when you have 20-100 tasks waiting and you need to address one specific Activity ASAP.
A better option is "Step 1: Approve Payment for <VARIABLE>
As an example currently the task will show

User notification for Docuware Administrator
Add a Request Support button to the WebClient GUI that a user can use to log a query that will notify the system defined Docuware Administrators - ie Request for Support, or Issue Report

DocumentName - Possibility to write back documentname from XML-File
It should be possible to write back the "DocumentName" for example. "overdraftpdf000003" from the Archive xml-File to the database (archive-Field). The Reason in this case is to control the correct import of files.

URL Integration for Full Interface
It would be nice to be able to use URL integration to point someone to a specific part of the full interface. I would like to be able to have a URL that goes to the full interface, but directs people to the target part.
I want to be able to put someone in their document tray tab, without specifying a document tray guid. I want to be able to put someone in the tasks tab, without choosing which workflow they see first. I need to be able to do these things without removing the other interface options.

URL builder - IN statement
REQUEST:
Add the ability to use an "IN" statement when calling Docuware through URLs.REASON:
Queries will fail once you exceed the length limitation. It is not uncommon for us to have the query portion of the URL in the thousands of characters. The main cause is repetition of field names.EXAMPLE 1 (simple):
A query that currently looks like:
([documenttype]="FAI" or [documenttype]="FAI-R" OR [documenttype]="GMTX" OR [documenttype]="RECEIVER") [document_id] = "123"would be shortened to:
[documenttype] IN ("FAI","FAI-R","GMTX","RECEIVER") AND [documentid] = "123"

Multiple custom names for document types
Let's say a customer has multiple departmens that speaks different languages. They have each seperate file cabinets. Now it would be very usefull to be able to use multiple custom document type names, instead of the pre-defined ones.

Append document in front from file system
Currently it is only possible to append documents in front of another, already archived document by having the documents which you want to append in a basket or filecabinet.
We would like to have the possibility to use a file from filesystem or simply a stream instead of uploading the file to a basket first.

Generate MS Office files (Word/Excel)
It would be nice to generate MS Office files (like proposals) with pre-filled fields (like Company name, etc) from file cabinet to send it to customer.

Create a new field type that auto populates date/time and/or user.
New type of field that is perhaps connected to or monitors another field like a fixed select list. When one of the selections are made it records the date and modifying user. Each selection can record in a different field. For example when the "Status Field" is set to "approved" it can auto populate the date on a field labeled "Approved Date." There are other ways of doing this but if it was a built in function to a new field type it would perhaps cut down on the amount of fields needed and workflow settings.
