    Liebe DocuWare Entwicklung.

    schade, dass euch das Thema nach fast 4 Jahren immer noch nicht interessiert :-(

    Und das bei 44 Stimmen. Andere Vorschläge werden schon mit 2 Stimmen umgesetzt.

    Diese Thema ist wirklich wichtig! Die Kunden sind z.T. wirklich sauer, da so etwas nicht funktioniert.

    Hallo DocuWare Team,

    leider muss ich sagen, dass die aktuelle Methode der Vertreterregelung extrem unflexibel und in Verbindung mit den meisten Workflows nicht zu gebrauchen ist, da die Bearbeiter oft flexibel ausgewählt werden müssen und nicht fest mit der Aufgabe verdratet sein können.
    Leider löst es auch bei den Kunden immer wieder Unmut hervor, dass sie zwar eine Abwesenheit definieren können, aber das gar keine Auswirkungen hat.
