    Da dieser Vorschlag abgelehnt wurde, hier der Hinweis, wie dieses Problem teilweise bei uns gelöst wurde:

    Wir haben einen Stempel erstellt, der nur einen grünen Haken beinhaltet, ohne Rahmen und Sonstiges. Das Dokument wird also Zeile für Zeile abgehakt.

    Der Haken ist zwar kein Lineal, aber durch die grüne Farbe ist der Stempel je nach Position auf dem Dokument als "Anker" für die Augen recht brauchbar und man verrutscht nicht mehr so oft in der Zeile, außerdem weiß man immer wo man war, wenn man abgelenkt wird.

    Der Stempel hat die Eigenschaften "Durch Aktion des Benutzers" speichern und "Stempel Aktiv lassen" und als Inhalt lediglich diesen Text: ✓
    Dadurch ist der Stempel schnell und unkompliziert durch einfache Mausklicks wiederholt anzubringen.

    Alternativ könnten Sie als "Lineal" mit den Anwendungswerkzeugen auch eine Linie malen und diese immer wieder verschieben.
    Wenn die Linie zu schmal ist wird das jedoch recht mühsam sein.
