Allow the DocID field to be a selectable field in file cabinets
Currently have to use a workflow to grab the docids and add them to a user created field called Document ID.

CSV export of Table Data Type from result list
We need to export the information stored in tables. I propose that if a table is included in a result list and we export the index values of the result list that there would be one row for each row of table data.... with the other index fields repeating for each row of table data for that document. Example: Invoices that use table data to list mulitple GL codes. The invoice number, vendor name, total amount would repeat for each unique line of table data, then the next invoice document would start the same type format.

I have users that would like to draw circles as well as squares with annotations
Several Users would like to have a circle illustration tool in addition to the rectangle that is already available in annotations

bring back true hidden stamps
In the new stamp designer, if you add a user input, and choose a select list, that value displays visibly on the document whether you want it to or not. That input should be able to be linked to an index field only without being displayed on the document. We used to have this functionality when the stamps were created in the Admin tool - choosing the 'hidden stamp' option.

It was only missing in the first implementation of the new web based configuration, but the part in the Administration was available. With version 7.3 also “Hidden” stamps are available in the Configuration and all stamp aconfiguration is removed from the Administration

Add ability to search and display system indexes
Add ability to search and display system indexes in the result set, including the doc ID. This would be a useful troubleshooting tool.

Multiple Choice option in Form Tasks
I.e. A user is tasked with scheduling a delivery/service time with a customer. We schedule blocks of time with our customers (8 AM- 11 AM, 11 AM- 2 PM, or 2 PM- 5 PM). It would be nice to give the user those three options within their form task and select the option that they scheduled with the customer. I can think of a million other uses but this is just one example. Or at least, a block time value field, like date, date & time, etc.
1 voteThank you for your contribution. Your idea is already available. You can use multiple choice with DocuWare forms either as checkboxes (multiple entries possible) or as radio buttons or dropdowns (only one value possible)

Make Drag and Drop Email Attachments to Document Tray a Supported Action
Many users like to drag and drop attachments from Outlook to a Document Tray. Most of the time this works fine but some users get an Unsupported Drag & Drop error. Turns out that while this might work, it's not a supported functionality. I'd like to see this common action become supported as a system function.

allow arithmetic expressions in workflow table fields default value
I am using a table field and I have to keep track of the number of days between an evaluation date and when the report is filed. I have the dates in a table field and I would like to pre-populate the difference in days by simply using a datediff function

Sort Order - System Fields
Please add ability to configure order of a list or results with system fields and not only index fields. Thanks.
In fact, it is possible to order by 1 system field only, and manually, but not able to configure it...so it's never the default for my users.

Add single sign on for logging into web client when user account is created by AD sync
User accounts created by active directory sync should not prompt for user credentials, only DocuWare accounts.

Add more fields to read through Inteligent Indexing
For now we can add unlimited TABLE variables to inteligent indexing, but option for adding normal variables like decimal,string, date are LIMITED

We have improved the indexing quality of table fields by Intelligent Indexing. Also we increased the number of customizable index fields, which can be configured in the mapping in the store dialog.

Webhooks / REST API in Workflows
In Workflows you can trigger a webservice. It would be great if you could trigger a specific URL with parametres or a REST Webservice.

Allow tables in workflow tasks to be read-only
Currently, it's possible to show a table to a user within a task dialog (e.g. cost center table on an invoice, presented in a task for an approver).
However, there's no way to have that table be read-only. The task user has the ability to edit the table.
There should be a read-only option for a table field in the task dialog.

Have the ability to use calculations within Forms
If filling out expense or check requests or anything with money or numerical value, would be great to use calculations to total the fields.

And then have the option to select which fields need to be included in the stamp and make it so that table fields cannot be included in the stamps.

filter multi-column select lists in the new table field based on the value of another field
Really happy to see the new table field. It would be great to add the capability to filter the select lists that are in the table based on the value of another field in the dialog. eg. The user picks "Accounting" from the department field and DocuWare filters the GL codes in the select lists in the table field to only show the GL codes tied to the accounting department. Adding this capability to the new table field would provide a more consistent user experience across the platform.
