Hello,
I would like to have the possibility to manage DocuWare services via a GMSA account.

Option to remove the "reset password" link when the notification license prevents it from working
The reset password link on the Web client login page appears to be sending a message to the user to reset their password but isn't working because we don't have the "Notification License" according to DocuWare Support. I recommend providing the ability to remove this link in the next version to prevent confusion and failed password reset attempts for users having password and login issues.

Edit a stored zip file
Please restore the ability to edit a stored zip file. We lost this functionality in going from v7.1 to v7.5. Now we get a "file type is not supported error".

There was no change between the mentioned versions. But be aware, that zip-files can only be edited with a third-party applications like 7-zip. Using the default Windows Explorer will not work and has never worked before.

Cloud Desktop App Updates
Desktop App minor updates are currently delivered automatically when they are released. This occurs quite frequently, about once a week. These frequent client updates represent a high IT overhead for proper release cycles and needs to be refactored for a longer cadence.

From version 7.5 on the update for the Desktop Apps does not need admin privileges anymore, so all users can update the Apps by themselves at any time. -
Calculate automatic Due date?
Can you please check why Due date is not calculated automatic at this level based on document date and payment condition?

bulk import
Rather than using Desktop Client Import Tool to get new docs in, can we bulk upload the docs to the FTP folder to avoid the slow processing times?
Wehave to import 50,000 documents and it is taking weeks to bulk import.

Chris2 votesSure you can upload to the FTP folder, but you cannot do any document recognition by this. The slow processing comes mainly because the Desktop Import does text recognition and already stores the files with index entries to a file cabinet.

Make white pages in the DocuWare Viewer appear white
Make pages that should be white in appearance, show that way in the DocuWare Viewer. Seems a lot of pages show as a dingy gray.

A required fields in store dialog affect documnet processing
When I adding required fields in store dialog and then go to document processing I see the notification that configuration will not work properly. Like this:
"This configuration will not work due to the following errors. Do you want to save it nevertheless?• The following fields must not remain empty • Contract Type"

Demora demasiado tiempo para realizar busqueda de datos
Solicito de su apoyo para que me indiquen, a quien me puedo dirigir o en que FORO ayuda con la configuración de una migración que hice del sistema DOCUWARE. La problemática que tengo es que migre el sistema de Docuware de un servidor Físico a uno virtual, todo funciona correctamente, sin embargo, los 60 usuarios que tengo tardan demasiado en loguearse, vía web, y en consultar los documentos y demás procesos en el sistema
Características del Sistema
Maquina Virtual Hyper V
(Windows Storage Server 2012 Standard)
16 GB Ram
4 CPU
Disco C 100 GB
Disco E 3.5 TB

Choose if a File Cabinet Document is brought in As Stored or converted to PDF
Docuware has been inconsistent with Trays. Some versions convert all documents going into the tray from the file cabinet to PDF and current versions do not.
There are good reasons for both.
In the case of a legacy system that was once all TIFF images this is very helpful to bring them up-to-date.
In the case of loosing the ability to maintain a records integrity, it should not be allowed.
If you allowed administration to choose a Trays ability to convert or not would allow both.

No dialogo predeterminado en editar entradas de índice en tarea
En las tareas cuando editas entradas de índice el diálogo que muestra es el predeterminado no el que esta asignado como "Lista de resultados" al diálogo de búsqueda.
Esto provoca que si tienes distintos diálogos de búsqueda con distintos diálogos de resultados en la tarea no aparezcan, solamente aparece el que está predeterminado.

Seria de gran utilidad poder generar un listado donde se pudiera verificar que las facturas estan firmadas digitalmente de forma correcta.
En alguna ocasión nos ha fallado el enlace con el certificado y días después te das cuenta, y no tienes otra manera de saber si estan las facturas firmadas o no que entrar de una en una.1 votePlease add your idea in english, so other users can vote for it.

Make it possible to change the processor and make it show in another's tray.
If you store the invoice into our non-trade invoices with the wrong processor it won't change to the chosen new processors tray. There should be a way to have it transfer than having it be copied and stored correctly, then wait for the controller of the docuware client here to delete the original

Index for MigrationID
First of all, there is no option for selecting the key word of "Migration" in the dropdown so I had to use "Storing". I'm guessing migration isn't at issue for most. I'm with a company that is migrating from FORTIS to Docuware. I'm not sure how many companies have gone through a migration that have just under 20 million documents and 18 Terabytes of images, but you should really think about creating an index for the MigrationID. Drop Down Menu
Is it possible to add a drop down menu within the "Send Request" Details field?
I would like to be able to request the same thing without having to retype it everytime. ie. "please pay this invoice".

Show old versions button has disappeared
In version 6.11 users can display out of date and current versions in the same results list by clicking on "Show old versions" button. This button doesn't existe anymore in DocuWare 7 and 7.1, it is replaced by contextual menu (righ click > Version overview) but it is not exactly the same. This new feature displays versions in a separate result list which is not possible to cutomize. Moreover, this Version Overview shows only versions of one document, it is not possible to search for several documents' version at the same time
