enter and use URLs in the DocuWare index fields.
Being able to enter and use URLs in the DocuWare index fields would be a huge help. This way users could potentially access other platforms, website, etc . directly from Docuware once the url is saved in an index field.
I have also received this request from a customer.

Our service partner has the formula to build a dynamic URL with an indexing job that we have not yet implemented. It essentially creates a URL and drops it in a column in the cabinet at scheduled intervals. That being said, we would prefer it to be a System Field that is populated automatically when the document is stored.

It would really be an improvement of the product, in the context of interaction with other applications such as an ERP, CRM or an archiving system

This would really be a substantial improvement to the product, we and our customers have needed this functionality for a long time and have never been able to find a solution.
