Is there any way to separate DocuWare from needing to depend on the Windows Message Bus? We are getting so tired of having to constantly needing to clear the message bus for our customers.

This happens across numerous clients and different versions of DocuWare.

No, DocuWare services and Application Pools are using the Microsoft Message Queuing (MSMQ) for the internal communication. If you are facing problems you should contact DocuWare Support. Maybe there is something wrong with the set up of the systems.
