Add option to export csv to display table data and document data in same row with only one column header row.
It would be nice if the report export could display all column headers (table and document record) on the same row and only display once. Having a column header for each row of data makes it difficult to manipulate the data in the csv file. The extra column headers must be deleted.

I found you can add document fields to the table fields section which puts all indexes onto the same row. It would still be ideal if you had the option to only display one header row.
