PDFs display blurry in document viewer if Windows scaling is at 150%
In DocuWare Cloud, PDFs display blurry in document viewer if Windows scaling is at 150%. If changed to 100%, they are clear. If we use the integrated PDF viewer in Chrome or Edge, the PDFs are clear and not blurry. This issue is only on the DocuWare Cloud Document Viewer.
Created SR around the issue and was advised to submit as an idea.

Hello, I´d like to update this feedback since it is still (or again) an issue.
When using the DocuWare Web Client on devices where Windows display scaling is set above 100% (e.g., 150–300%), PDF documents appear extremely blurry and almost unreadable. This is particularly problematic in meeting rooms or with projectors, where high scaling is common and clear document display is critical. Zooming in DW helps, but not really
According to DocuWare Support, this is caused by a combination of raster image conversion, browser scaling, and Windows zoom, and cannot currently be resolved through configuration.
We are requesting an improvement to the PDF rendering method to preserve clarity even when high system scaling is used. This would greatly enhance usability in business environments where large displays or high-DPI settings are common.
Please consider prioritizing this fix in future versions. Thank you!
