Allow a form to prepopulate with a form submitted previously
We have enrollments annually. These enrollments are on a form with about a dozen merge forms. It would be nice if I could use the data from last year to populate the form for this year so that only changes need to be made rather than entering all the data again.

Your requirement should be achievable with the new Pre-fill Form feature, available in version 7.13. This feature allows users to save their inputs by clicking "copy form link" button. Bookmark the link; all saved inputs will auto-populate when the link is reopened.
