Have more field to set up user. I.E. : Service or Departement
It could be nice if we can have more field for the user setting, for example to set Service Or Department attached to the user.
For example it could be usefull to filter tasklist.
Today, when users create document, they can set up the department or service (if I have create such index of course). In the tasklist, I can filter the task by this index, but that's mean that I have to create as tasklist that I have service or department (not very usefull to support).
Today I can filtre dynamicaly tasklist by username (short or long), or email. So if I have a field in the users administration to set up the department I can use it to filter dynamicaly the document in the tasklist, and by this way have only one tasklist (it the same for the search dialog box).
Thank you for your idea. Right now we are focusing on other topics, so we are not considering this idea for future releases. If the demand for this topic increases, we might add it to future plans.
