  1. Allow to modify Docuware assigned groups via Active Directory

    As it stands the synchronization only allows to sync newly created users. Existing users cannot be modified via Sync, therefore you can not change the access via AD or modify the name or status. I understand the limitation for users created manually, but users created via Sync should have the capacity to be modified via sync as well. The current procedure to be able to modify a user is to delete it from docuware and run a new sync to be recreated.   2. Enable stamps on workflow tasks with table fields

    And then have the option to select which fields need to be included in the stamp and make it so that table fields cannot be included in the stamps.

  3. allow the size of WebForm attachments to be increased

    please allow the size of attachments to web forms to increased. Right now the size limit for attachments is 20 MB. We have a couple departments who are attaching larger reconciliation reports, so far up to 36 MB. It would be nice to increase that when needed to at least 50 MB.

  4. Right-click copy/paste function in dialogs.

    Users should have the ability to right-click copy/paste within all dialogs. Some end users are unaware of the Ctrl+V/C method which leads to frustration. Having the traditional method would make things easier for some users.

    Re-enable the DocuWare Idle Session timeout functionality for Web clients that existed in pre 6.5 versions. Virtually all software products support idle session timeouts for security reasons and to free up system resources.

  6. Log out idle user

    Provide the ability for the system administrator to log idle users out. This can be especially useful when using named accts and there is no acct provided for the administrator to build and test any new configurations. Reassigning a named acct for the administrator will not automatically log out the user and allow the administrator to log into the web client.

  7. Edit Index Entries in Workflow Engine

    The workflow engine task list has no option for "edit index entries".

    The workaround has been to create options as workflow steps for the user to re-index, but that's a very manual process and feels clunky.
    The option to edit index entries right from the task list would alleviate this.

  8. Restore the ability to create Data records within the webclient.

    Till docuware 6.1 we where able to store datarecords in the DocuWare Webclient by using the store dialog. We had to sign the box for "create data record without a document"
    We would like to see this feature returned in future upgrades.

  9. Pre-fill E-Form Values From An Existing DocuWare Record

    It would be very useful if I could right click on a record (from a search result) and click on something like "Send To E-Form", and have certain values on the E-Form to be auto populated from matching index values from the record I initiated the E-Form from. For example, a doctor creating a visit note for a patient does not want to re-key all of the patient information into the form during the visit. If the form could be auto populated based on an already existing record, the doctor will only have to fill in the relevant information pertaining…

  10. Expand on the "Send Request" feature

    The "Send Request" feature seems to already contain a lot of functionality, but for some reason the access has been made limited. The ability to export "Send Requests" with user, decision, and show everyone who still needs to make a decision would be extremely valuable. It appears all the data is collected in the database, we just don't have access to it.

  11. Web Form date fields to allow other formats to cater for UK / Australia

    When configuring / filling in a webform date fields are currently formatted in US date format.

    Can we please have the ability to set UK/AU format, or even better, ddmmmyy format to cover all (07JUL17)

    Thank you for your contribution.
    The date fields always display in the region format that is set up in the DocuWare Client. If the DocuWare Client is set to UK/AU format it should also behave the same in a form. If you never opened the DocuWare Client in this browser the form will use the format that corresponds to the region of the language setup in the browser.

  14. Back Button functionality built into Form

    When you finish a Form, it goes to a "Form Submitted Successfully" screen. If you want to fill out the form again, you have to hit the back button in your browser. It would be nice if there was a button built in the page that would either bring you back to the Form, or to the page before the form. Perhaps making this customizable. Or closing the tab/window all together after X seconds.

  16. Provide the ability to save progress of a docuware form

    Getting many requests from clients for the ability to save and return to eforms prior to submission. Seems like the frequency of the request is increasing as customers request more detailed forms

  18. Send Request improvement

    Send Request could be very helpful with two additional pieces (already there) added. Where the "Document Subject Started" columns are, I would like to see "User" and "Decision" columns added. This would allow you to sort by user or decision, and see it at a glance rather than opening each one.

    Also as the sender, I would like to see the number bubble come up when a decision has been made on a request that I sent out. Right now i have to hunt it down in the Sent Requests menu. There's no feedback to the sender.

  19. Filters in Lists & Result Lists

    Abitily to filter columns/fields in the result lists or even in the search results to further narrow the search... but especially in LISTS, since they are predefined and have no ability to continue narrowing down.

  20. Attached annotated documents to Work Flow Email

    The final step in one of our workflows is to send the fully stamped document to an external user for final processing.

    Attaching the document currently only sends the original document. I considered adding "merge layers" to the process in final stage but unable to add this as "document has been signed"
