Have a box to permenant delete right from delete & transfer configurations
When using Transfer to send documents to another cabinet and deleting from the original, all the delete ones go to the recycle bin. This can look like a massive number of documents are deleted and make it hard to find the other user deleted documents. There should be a choice in the transfer and delete configurations where, if checked, it will not send them to the recycle bin.

Keep first page field data for entire batch when additional split by doctype
It would be great to have a check box in Document Processing in the Split on section that says keep fiest page data. This way for back file scanning a first page with the bulk if the field data for a personnel file can be created and then additional split sheets can be created for just the document type. So one batch scan would file an entire employees file but break it into doctype with all the field data from the first page.

Expand the SQL scripting window in the Deletion policy.
Expand the SQL scripting window in the Deletion policy. This should be easy to make the dialog box expandable via a code change and not fixed size. Seems like this was just an oversight.

Allow multi-column lists to be used in stamps
When assigning a multi-column list to a stamp value, it only selects the first value that shows up in the list instead of displaying all columns that may exist. It would be nice to allow multi-column lists in stamps to be displayed and searched on.

The "Overwrite previous field data with this stamp" does not work for hidden field on the "Store Dialog".
If applying the stamp beforehand the pre-index data will not change if the field is hidden and has a default value.
Please improve it so that the index can be updated by stamp even if it is hidden and custom value is set on Store Dialog.

A sync log feature that only logs the failed doc ids and not anything else
Add a user-friendly feature for the sync logs only to get the doc ids for the failed documents. Debug mode seems to get the doc ids; however, it can pick up on other errors that may make it difficult to find only the failed doc ids. If there's a way only to get the failed doc ids, that'll make it easier for the end user.

Auto Fill fields by using multi-coloumn Auswahllisten
Scenario:
4 Entry Fields in Form - three mandatory, one optional. Optional can be filled by choosing en entry from multi-coloumn Auswahlliste.-> Fill the three mandatory fields with other entries from the Auswahlliste, when non-mandatory field is picked by user.
Example:
Public form to drop a onsite report.
Customer, Customer No. and Onsite Order Number are mandatory, transaction no. is optional.
Transaction No. is linked with the other information in an Auswahlliste.User can now manually enter the three mandatory infos, or by entering the correct Transaction No, the fields are autofilled.

assign a form field as a global variable
I want to assign a form field that is not indexed as a global variable in Workflow Designer. I can't do that unless it is an index entry.
These fields on the form need to be changeable, but do not need to be indexed.

Update version of Apache Tomcat installed for Full-Text
Tomcat version 9.0.16 is installed by default. A newer version such as 9.0.63 should be used instead so that manual updates are not necessary.

Enable AutoIndex To Write Back To CSV Files Without A Header Row
AutoIndex will write back to CSV files with a header row. It also writes back to CSV files without a header row; however, it writes back row 1's data to row 2, row 2 to row 3, etc. Then it doesn't write back the last row.
AutoIndex can support a CSV without a header row. Therefore, AutoIndex should be able to properly write back to a CSV file that doesn't have a header row. Since AutoIndex doesn't properly write back to CSV files without a header, this is one way the configuration of DocuWare can be improved.

Export or synchronize documents with history
When transferring/synchronizing documents into a different file cabinet there is no may to export the workflow history, also document history cannot be transferred but especially the workflow history is important for many customers.
When is this important:
-many customers are moving from on premises systems to cloud
-splitting one large file cabinet into several smaller onesFor audit reasons keeping the workflow history is crucial but there is currently no other way than having Docuware Request with workflow history export which you save localy and run if requested by some auditor. All described options above lead to loss of this…

Set datetime filed in the condition of much code of autoindex.
We can't select the datetime field in the autoindex much code. Currently only date field is available.

Separate the Workflow designer from the activities that are covered by the workflow.
When there a high number of active instances, the Workflow Designer times out without loading the details in the bottom of the screen and we cannot access the workflow itself.

change the order of fields in the list view when you put you mouse over the table field.
if you have a list with a table field . you can then put you mouse over the field and see the first lines of the table field..
But the order of the fields seems to be the order that the fields where created in .. it would be great also to change this order..1 vote -
When using prefill in a table field in workflow..
if there are default values set on fields in the table field in a workflow.
Then if you prefill and ypu have specified not to refill that specific field.
then the default values are not put into the field.. its just empty..1 vote -
Make merged multiple select lists possible in workflow task
In a store dialog, it is possible to merge multiple selectlists into one field by selecting multiple selectlists. Please make this also possible in a workflow task field

To add the ability to apply two different processing configurations to the same file.
For example the first step is to separate into expedients and then, the resulting files will be separated into types of documents.

Allow importation of preconfigured cloud solutions into on-premises systems
Preconfigured solutions is a very good tool. But it is now impossible to import a cloud solution into an on-premises system.

Stamp the document as an automatic activity
This would be awesome. Many workflows and approval processes are automated and auto-approved if for example 1+1 = 2. However theres no way to see any indicator of this process on the document itself. If we could place a stamp on the document as an activity (not user task), this would be very helpful.
