Automatic clipping
Automatic clipping of documents based on a common predefined index field to avoid users having to manually clip documents together because of indexing the documents; usually documents are stored separately and would appreciate if the system can auto clip based on a criteria defined in the designer or auto index configuration.

We need to have a counter in the workflow designer as an activity to enable creation of loops in the workflow based on number of iterations. The counter can be used in conjunction with workflow conditions to create loops and termination of loops.

JavaScript in Form Design or Connect to API
Support of JavaScript or External API when using Form or Designing Form. Use Case Example Expense Report . When User Fills in several line items with Amount Fields. Need a Field which Displays the Advance or Claimed Amount in Words when they fill in the form. Example Total Amount requested in words. Five Thousand, Six hundred Dollars and 50 cents. Which can be achieved using JavaScript or connecting to API.

Delete multiple groups/roles from UI at once
There are cases where an organization may have many groups that they need to delete. Right now, the only way to delete from within DocuWare (including via the API) is to delete each group one-by-one. An option to bulk delete groups using user-specified criteria would save a lot of time.

Adapt the zoom of the attached picture of a form
Zooming 100% a form shows the entire document while the same zoom % shows only a detail of the picture that is attached to this form.
Could it be possible to adapt the picture view?1 vote -
Issue with "localwebservice" Value in Version 7.11
During the installation of DocuWare version 7.11, we encountered an issue related to the dwmachine.config file located in C:\ProgramData\DocuWare\ServerConfig.
Specifically, the value of the localwebservice field is automatically modified to an incorrect value during the upgrade process. This change causes certain critical functionalities to stop working after the installation is complete.
We kindly request that you investigate and address this behavior in future updates to ensure the correct value is either retained or automatically set during the installation process.I already opened a ticket, but your support replied that i had to post here.

Validation of “changes” in index dialogs via a validation service, such as with DocuWare 6
Unfortunately, with DocuWare 7.xx it is still not possible to validate changes made in index dialogs using a validation service, as only the changed data is reported to the service, not the index data that was in the index dialog before the change. The validation service cannot therefore react to index changes in certain fields, but can only analyze the new data to be written.
If, for example, you want to write a validation that only allows a document status to be changed to the value "paid" if the status was previously "approved", this is not possible, as the service…2 votes -
Allow using a PDF as a public-facing form
Sometimes, customers want to use the formatting from an externally created form for users to input data into DocuWare, especially if the form is being transferred from print or another web form service. Using an already created PDF, and creating fillable sections similar to what currently exists in the Merge Form menus could help.

Field Numbering in DocuWare Workflow Designer
Add numbering to the fields in Workflow Designer "Assign Data" steps. If I have 200 fields and I get an error on my workflow on one of them, say field 100, I need to count all fields manually to get to line 100 instead of looking at the line numbers on the side.

When storing, be able to enter the value of a field using a list of users filtered by role or group

I SUGGEST THAT YOU THAT YOU PARAMETER EXTRACTION LISTS OF USERS WITH THE ROLES OF EACH
obtain a .CSV file with user information (Last name/First name/email) and whether their account is active or not, as well as the roles assigned to them.

Allow Sorting when pulling data to tablefield
When pulling rows into a table field using the adopt all rows in a fixed order, you should be able to set an order using an order by clause in the sql statement. Examples includes po lines items where you should be able to pull in the details order by the po line number.

Additional fields for users
Integrate additional fields for users in administrative management, such as their manager, department or position. Allow these fields to be used in index profiles to filter documents.

SFTP
Can we look at offering SFTP instead of unsecured FTP? There are many opportunities where i have sensitive or confidential information contained in .csv files that need to be processed but cannot be due to the lack of security in this area.

Using admin define Stamps only
Using the docuware (www.docuware.com) ECM the admin define some Stamps intended to update indexes.
Can i prevent users from creating his own Stamps? and also using these personal stamps to update indexes ?
The users must only use the admin defined stamps, and not stamps defined by his own user into the configurations section.
I try to remove the Set Stamp option from a function profile, but the all the Stamps was affected even the ones expected to work (the user admin defined stamps).

have the ability to display the first and last name of users and not their username when using the "Send Request" function:
For big organizations like banks we have a very large number of users. for example, I am currently working on a DocuWare project with 500 users in the short term and it will be 2000 users in the medium term. given the number, the customert uses the employee number as a username. it would be desirable to offer the ability to display the first and last names of people and not their username.

Add the ability to trigger workflows and webhooks when a document enters a Document tray
I would like to have the option of adding a workflow or webhook to document trays. Currently, I can only assign a workflow or a webhook to a file cabinet. I would use this to a) have docuware randomly assign documents to members of a group or b) notify when there are old documents in a doc tray or c) log when documents entered and exited a document tray d) automatically assign additional data to documents in document trays.

Consolidating "Like" data from Table field into Export Tool
Ability to consolidate information that contains the same information in a table for export:
For example:
Table
Item # GL Code Location Amount
1234 5000.10 103 100.00
2345 5010.20 105 200.00
1234 4102.20 103 100.00
1234 5000.10 103 300.00The Export would be the following:
1234 5000.10 103 400.00
2345 5010.20 105 200.00
1234 4102.20 103 100.00As you can see, there were 2 rows that contained the same Item #, GL Code, and Location....so we combined them to 1 row for the Export and added the Total Amount.
Is this possible?
