Make "WF_TASK_LINK" & "WF_TASKLIST_LINK" available as a workflow system variables
It would be advantageous if the link to the workflow task could be saved in a variable for further processing. This would allow users to open the respective workflow task or workflow task list directly from external applications.
DocuWare currently only offers this in the email workflow task notification.

The automatic storing option must use the store dialog that is assigned per document tray, not the default store dialog as currently
Using intelligent indexing in three document trays with three store dialogs, each with its own document type, after extracting the indexes per document tray, it must click store automatically to save time with the bulk of bills when storing, but this will use the default store dialog defined in the file cabinet and will not use the store dialog that is already set in the document tray!

Table Field available in Merge Forms
We would like to have the option of adding Table field from the Form Designer in Merge form. Or the system should be able to use both Web form and Merge form option in case the above request is not possible.

Split and Merge Workflow
Ability to branch workflow task and then merge them back in the same workflow. Example Lets take an example of travel Request use case. Once the Manager approves. One task should trigger to Travel desk to get the hotel / Flight Booking done and another task to Finance Department to organise Cash. Then the two tasks should get merged and the workflow should continue. We can trigger two separate workflow based on index values and insert a wait but it would be nice and better if we can manage in the same workflow.

Add email Auto Document Processing watch folder processing in the 365 environment like available in non-cloud email environment
I suggest that the configuration of mail configuration options under configuration allows functionality whereby email watch folder processes for the Outlook 365 environment allow usage of Automatic Document Processing to index then store attachments in File Cabinets.
Microsoft is forcing the move to Web Outlook / the New Outlook in Office 365 and the current option to utilize the Outlook Email add-in does not have the ability to select Document Processing configurations except when the sample document meets international UBL standard e-Invoice xml formats.

Workflow Designer : please improve the font selection dialog of the stamps.
We are having trouble with stamping characters out of frame when using an unsupported font from the font selection dialog in the task's stamp settings.
This is because the font selection dialog in DocuWare’s workflow designer (especially when configuring stamps in tasks) seems to displays all fonts installed on your operating system.
We hope you can improve this function by either changing the list of fonts so that only supported fonts can be chosen, or by increasing the types of fonts supported.1 vote -
Enable selection of dialog fields for pre-filling table columns with remaining amount in Workflow Designer
Currently, in Workflow Designer, it is possible to pre-fill columns in a dialog table with the remaining amount by referencing a system or index field that holds the total amount. However, it is not possible to use a dialog field for this purpose.
To improve flexibility and usability — especially for scenarios like account assignment in an incoming invoice workflow — it should be possible to select a dialog field as the source for the total amount. This would allow the remaining amount to be dynamically calculated based on user input at that specific workflow step.1 vote -
Allow storageRobot to attach (clip) to the front of an existing document in the cabinet.
Currently it only attaches to the back of the existing document.

Allow storageRobot to clip to more than one existing document in the cabinet at a time
Currently this application is hard coded to attach to only one document that matches the search criteria. Also, if it finds more than one, it errors and does not clip anything.

Add ability to set custom Headers to a Web Service OAuth2 configuration
Connecting to a D365 instance via OAuth2 requires a Custom Header to be set when obtaining the Token. This is not currently possible via the DW Web Service configuration page, there is no option for it. I am hoping for an option to define a custom header like this will become possible so that Docuware can connect directly to D365 environments.

Add DNS addresses to IP filtering
In Central Gateway Settings, it would be very beneficial if we could add DNS addresses to filtering, in similar fashion you can add IP addresses at the moment. Many servers do not have one static IP address to add to the list, so it would help getting access if adding DNS addresses would be possible.

User list export to Excel
Have a standard report to export the list of Docuware users to an Excel spreadsheet. This will make it easier to do lookups against other lists when managing DW users.

User Management screen have a filter on the ACTIVE column
On the User Management screen have a filter on the ACTIVE column so that you can see only ACTIVE or only INACTIVE users. Will make managing the list of users easier especially when checking if any ACTIVE users have left the company and need to be marked INACTIVE.

Store Dialog - autofill single value
Add the Autofill single entry feature from Forms to Store Dialogs. It would be very useful to fill the vendor name field and the vendor number field auto fills from the select list if there is a single result.

Be able to configure several intelligent indexing storage dialog boxes on the same tray
Currently, we can only configure one storage dialog box using intelligent indexing per tray, but some users store all their documents in their default btray but have to use different dialog boxes depending on the type of document, which means that 1 the administrator has to create other buckets with permission management and 2 the user has to move the document to this other bucket in order to be able to use the appropriate intelligent indexing dialog box. Increase column limit for Tables in DocuWare Forms
Currently, the Table item in DocuWare Forms can only support up to 12 columns per item. This can be inconvenient when an existing file cabinet has a table field with more than that number of columns.

Support for ISDOC e-Invoice variant of EU standard EN 16931 (EU Directive 2014/55/EU)
Docuware supports some EU variants of e-Invoicing.

XML file with extension (suffix) *.isdoc
XML file with attachment (archived in ZIP) and extension *.isdocx
PDF file with embedded XML data, extension *.pdfExtension ISDOC is similar to XRechnung variant.
Extension PDF is similar to ZUGFeRD.Suppliers can choose if they send to customer *.isdoc or *.isdocx or *.pdf.
If supplier sends ISDOC compatible invoice, most of them use *.isdoc (some use *.pdf with embedded XML data).

Add ability to configure width of individual columns in Form tables
Some fields, like those with Number and Date types, do not require as much space as Text fields. Likewise, text fields (and Dropdown fields to a lesser extent) may require more space than allocated when the form is initialized.
Instead of having each user manually adjust the widths of these columns (see https://knowledgecenter.docuware.com/docs/forms-designer?highlight=People%20who%20fill%20out%20the%20form), there should be an option for the form designer to pre-set column widths for this element.
