Provide permanent deletion tickbox within Deletion Policy
I suggest a tick box in the Deletion Policy configuration to bypass the recycle bin and permanently delete documents. This is especially important for Cloud customers since the consumed archive space will only be released after the final deletion of documents (a manual process if executed before the 30 days) and also because it can take up to 4 hours to see the actual storage reduction. I can see other reasons why this feature would be leveraged: customers running low on archive space who may want to delete a large quantity of documents, engineers wanting to repopulate a cabinet, etc.

Document Processing General Email
In Email from Outlook it is possible to configure a document processing, it would be great to be able to do the same while using General EMail configuration.

Restrict possibility to apply a Stamp based on document index fields
It would be useful to be able to restrict the possibility of applying a stamp on a document according to its indexes, some examples :
A stamp is intended for certain types of documents and has no purpose to be applied to others
A stamp can only be applied if the document is at a certain status
A stamp can only be applied if all the required fields have been completed
This would make it possible to propose processes in case management and optimize the user experience by displaying only the stamps that are useful for the document

Ability to disable a step in the Workflow Designer to bypass without having to delete it.
While working in Workflow Designer, I would like to be able to disable or hide the email notifications, while I test the main parts of the workflow.
Add a way to keep a step in a workflow connected to the workflow, but have it be ignored so the rest of the workflow can be tested.

Make a minimum and maximum value possible for a numeric field
In a form it is possible to configure a minumum and maximum value for a numeric field. Please make this also possible in the webclient store and edit dialogs

Document history within tasks
If you want to view document history by clicking on it in tasks, you will only see history for that particular workflow. It would be great to see whole document history even if I want to watch it in tasks.

Allow a standard attachment to add to a workflow
I want to use a public form for a lead to register and download an e-book. I want to do that by asking a lead to fill in a form after which I send the e-book via e-mail (after which I send the lead to an ccountmanager to follow-up. It would be great if I had the possibility of attaching an attachment of choice to a workflow generated e-mail.

Allow SQL command in index profile on cloud version
On on premice version, index profile can be defined with an SQL command allowing to write complex sql command

Disable auto assignment of licenses in cloud.
If a License is held open a new AD user will auto-populate. This is a flaw and security issue. At the least it should be able to be disabled.

Single Sign-on is great however it automatically add all users from AD into Docuware and assigns them a license automatically.

This process negates the AD user management feature, if they still need to assign licenses manually. Additionally I noticed that ALL AD Groups could be added to Docuware automatically, typically only a subset of AD groups are used in Docuware.

Highlight mandatory fields in forms
Is it possible to have something more visual for mandatory form fields, that draws a users' attention to complete a specific required field, as currently the submit button remains greyed out and you have to hover to find the names of the field that need to be completed.
For example a red outline (as shown in the attachment, an example from Office 365 Forms), it will be easier for users to complete mandatory fields, by visually drawing their attention to it.

Please maintain Index details of a deleted document in Audit report to help deleted documents audit.
When i modify any document index values, Audit report screen shows modified record's details. But deleted record details are not shown.
It is required to show index details of deleted record as part of audit requirement. Attached deleted record screenshot for your reference5 votes -
add Office output from the Webforms
You can use Office documents in the Forms. But the output is always PDF. Please create option for Forms output to Word and Excel

Option to set Merge Form Field behaviour as Single Line Text or Multi Lines Text
As default Merge Form Field displays text as Single Line Text and often text from a web form disappears if it's too long. They only way the text breaks lines is if it's linked to a Multi Lines Text Field from a web form.
Now with Fill Areas if I want to overlay text from a Keyword type index in workflow to a fill area that wasn't linked to Multi Lines Field it behaves as Single Line Text.
Could you give us an option to choose Fill Area behaviour (as a Single Line Text or Multi Lines Text), please?5 votes -
Add notes on workflow designer
It would be helpfull to be able to create personal notes in workflow designer. For example : I can note the last modification, leave a not on the WF for someone else...

allow for notifications to be sent on a timer as a group, rather than being sent individually
Every time a document gets assigned to a user a notification is sent to the user. Some users can end up getting hundreds of email notifications daily. Would be great if the notifications could be held and sent on a timer as a single email.

Set Logging Level for Local Data Connector
Requesting the ability to manage the logging level of the Local Data Connector logs. Currently, any event ran through the data connector is logged (including the sql query ran against the database). For one of our queries, this results in a log that grows in size by 250MB to 1GB (varies based on active purchase orders and invoices) over the course of 24 hours. Would like the ability to set this to be different levels from logging everything like it currently does, to only logging errors and critical events. So this logging control would be similar to the logging level…

Allow for a customer SMTP connection with DocuWare Cloud
Customer's want to have the sender address as their own company when email documents within workflows.

allow configuration of teams and team leads for easy approval workflows.
For Docuware to know who the manager of anyone else is, would be more efficient for approvals, example travel requisitions or leave approvals.

When using an XML file to clone a file cabinet, the dialog permissions aren't set.
Dialog assignments need to get copied as well when copying a file cabinet
