Stamps and annotations in notifications Workflow Manager
It would be an interesting idea to add the possibility to send documents with stamps and annotations attached in a task using email notifications.
Now You only can attach the original documents on workflow tasks..
Thank you for your contribution. Your idea is available with version 7.3.

Need this feature to make better use of workflows.

With the new feature where you can modify form fields in a PDF through a workflow, it is important that the planned option also works with PDF merge forms which are defined as fillable or editable PDF-forms. When sending the documents one should be able to switch the PDF from editable form to a flat form, including the annotations.

We really need the annotations on the documents being emailed. Is there an ETA for when this will be available?

This feature is very important for workflow automation. Still not added yet (we are on 7.1 now).

Please add this. The recipients of the emails cannot see the whole story without the annotations and therefore cannot make the decisions they need to make.

I was surprised to learn from my customer that DW BPW email notification file attachments are original docs only without an option to include annotations. Let's get some votes!

Please can we have some feedback on this item? This should be standard functionality.

This to me is a must have and not an option. What is the point of having an email attached to a step in my workflow if the annotations are not on it. You can email straight from DW and choose with or without annotations, so the code is somewhat there. You should either have this as an option in Workflow Designer or create a registry entry for the server that forces it have annotations.

This is something my organization would like to see in the next version as well. We have workflows that require workarounds because we aren't able to email the document with annotations as the final step of the workflow.
Thank you!

Including the document in an email only emails the original document. Would like to have the ability to include annotations. We want to be able to apply a 'wet' signature from a bmp and have that signature appear on the outgoing document.

I completely agree with this idea.
