An error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment I thought of a way to do this; have the ability to select a Role that you have been assigned to. This would filter out all the capabilities assigned to that Role. All your dialog boxes and Lists would be related to the selected Role.
As it is at the moment, if you're performing multiple Roles, you may have a ton of Lists to look through. I know you can change order and ability to see Lists and Searches via the Preferences of the user but if we had the ability to choose the Role you wanted to perform, it could quickly show only the stuff you needed for that Role.

An error occurred while saving the comment 6.12 Update: The newly added Automatic Number in Forms would lend itself to this feature but allowing barcode fonts within Forms would greatly enhance the product by matching paper forms being scanned to the evolution of that document.
Allow that Automatic Number field (and all others) to be placed onto the form using a barcode (2D and/or otherwise) font. The multi field option being used in DW Import and Print recognizing 2D barcodes is the perfect setup.
You would be creating the barcode instead of reading it based on the input received from the submitted forms. From that point forward you will always have a link back to the form that was originally submitted into the system.
A configuration screen for the version management of this Form could give instructions on how to deal with subsequent documents that come back into the system that match the barcode that was originally created and designated to match on.
An error occurred while saving the comment Maybe the form was merged and requires a wet signature for some reason. Much easier to scan that same piece of paper back in and possibly version it upon ingestion?

An error occurred while saving the comment Was thinking the same thing. Add a New Version menu choice to the context menu that is presented when dragging and dropping a document from a tray unto a document in a list.
Currently if we are doing manual wet signatures another party will send their scanned document in PDF and we are clipping them together so the one not signed is the last document in the clipped docs.
This would also be a way to filter Stamps out for specific Functional Profiles by linking them to the Roles mentioned in my previous comment.
