New password request email in the user's language
Currently, when a new user is created, a request email is sent to set the password in the language of the administrator who creates it.
We suggest that in the new user registration form, the user's language selector is included, and that the email is sent in the language selected for the user.

Store the user credentials in Forms and AutoIndex configuration
Store the user credentials of the configured username/password in a autoindex task and in a public form configuration. In the current situation DW is asking the password again at every change in a autoindex of form configuration. This should work as in a Workflow configuration: ask once at creation time.

Alignment of decision stamps in docuware workflow
The stamps been used for decision-making in Docuware Workflow should be aligned from the first layer to the last layer in ascending order.

When a new user is added, assign a regular license, not a Workflow Read-Only license
The new Workflow Read-Only licenses in Cloud are great but they should be specifically assigned when needed instead of being the default. This causes confusion when new users are assigned to the correct roles and trays but then cannot access the trays or perform the expected tasks because they incorrectly received a limited license.

Synchronization of file cabinets should allow for at least one version difference
Synchronization used to allow a difference of at least one version. Now both on-premise and Cloud systems need to be on the same version. This greatly complicates matters because one cannot always upgrade on-premise systems to suit the Cloud upgrade calendar, least of all when a hardware change is required.

When doing the AD sync, currently there is not a way to Update the Docuware LoginID when that changes in AD.
AD uses the SID as the unique identifier so that the login name can be changed. There are many valid reasons that an AD login changes, however, Docuware requires that user account be deleted and recreated with the new ID. This is not a big deal for the occasional change, but what about when the organization wants to change ALL the AD Logins for the entire organization? I have more than one organization considering this right now.

Permissions to create and configure user stamps
When it is marked in the permissions so that the user cannot create or manage stamps that does not appear in the configuration part this option to the user

Add your own fonts
It would be very helpful if the office internal font could be added to DocuWare. In our case it would be the source sans pro font.

Web Service Integration Improvements
DocuWare doesnt have the same abilities as SoapUI to process data from web services. See below
Docuware can’t process sub child XML elements and self-closing tag as a parameter.
SoupUI can process all standard data types while Docuware can accept Integer and Decimal but seems to inconsistently be able to access some string parameters
Some context objects in SoapUI aren't able to be interacted with in DocuWare because the data types aren't standard (string, decimal etc).

audit
I think is very important to put at least the source IP or hostname of the user in Audit Reports, because someone could steal the credentials of an user, but the source IP could give more details of where did it.

.dcm extension
We have a file type “.dcm” which is dicom file, which is not supported by docuware web client viewers, we upload this file to docuware
When we double click we get an error message, file type is not supported
when we right click and select “edit” the file open in the windows application which can view the file (we have an application to display the dicom files)
the question is : can we make for this file type only “.dcm” when we double click it open in windows application same as right click and select edit

Active Directory Network ID Adjustability
Allow admin's to specify user NetworkIDs in the sync settings or change the AD sync to also pull the domain's shortname. Sync worked for us, but it pulled the fully qualified domain name rather than the short domain name. Users were synced and created successfully, but their NetworkID doesn't match the Windows session username which uses the short name of the domain.

Conditional Required Fields
Now a field is required or not.
In our case, HR needs to store a document and can choose to index through NAME, ID, EMPLOYEE ID... but I cannot make all required because it would defeat the idea of efficiency, but they should be allowed to fill AT LEAST 1 of the 3 to be valid.
Some sort of validation, that would allow only 1 of the 3 required fields to be indexed..??? just ideas...By the way, only 1 data field is required for us, since we have autoindex on the back fulfilling the rest of the fields. This…

Show document Count in Baskets by default
Very simple to show number of documents in each basket by default, instead of having to do a mouseover... in fact it is more interesting to view document count than size.
Furthermore, a summary with the total size and document count on top of the page would be great!

Add "Basket" as a Document Processing SOURCE.
Please add the ability to use the basket to send a document to a DOCUMENT PROCESSING configuration.
This could be easy for the user if it would show like adittional Store dialogs.
We send all attachments from an email account to a Basket, but those that should go to document processing.. have to be downloaded from the basket and uploaded to a folder..... not efficient.

Add the ability to darken the output from a signature field in a Docuware form
Add the ability to darken signatures output from the Signature Field element in Docuware Forms. Currently it seems the signatures come out very light when submitted via PC with no ability to darken

AutoIndex document condition preview when running a schedule
It would be helpful when creating a scheduled Auto Index job if after your conditions were set a query would run to tell you how many documents would be updated. This would prevent accidental updates of mass documents where conditions were not set correctly.

Add refresh button to Autoindex Configuration page to better monitor status
Add a refresh button to Autoindex Configuration page. On-the-fly updates are not consistent and monitoring for extended period of time. Refreshing web page brings you back to the start of the configurations page.
