  1. Add the ability to configure or turn off automatic refresh timing for Task Lists

    Allowing task lists to refresh at certain intervals(as in the Lists module) or allowing only manual refresh, would allow customers with large amounts of tasks to avoid regular periods of delay while refreshing.

  2. XML Document processing: diffrent trays

    When using document processing for XML files, it should be possible to distribute XML files to different document trays depend on the file content, e.g. one of the XML fields.

  3. Administration license (named licence) should be included without the need to have an etxra license

    HI,

    When a customer buys a 4 user license or other packages, why do we need to use one named license for an Administration user to build/configure the system. Typically, we as the seller are used to build and support the system and it's an unnecessary conversation to have to explain to the customer that if they need all 4 named licences, they need to buy another one for us to support them.

  4. Allow Web Form Fields Data for Drop Down lists to be duplicated automatically

    It would be great to be able to use an external select list that can be connected to more than one file cabinet to pull/filter data. Eg. I choose an Employee number that pre-populates other drop down lists based on the data in an employee file cabinet but I also want to be able to filter data from another file cabinet eg. their employee number links to a record and I want to filter the data in that file cabinet to prepopulate/filter the data for other drop down fields attached to this select list.

  5. Amending DocuWare Document Tray Copy Tool

    Regarding document trays, when the "Copy" button is selected, the users are not copied over from the tray. The copy button seems pointless when you can just create a new tray and direct this to the same cabinet.

  6. Stamps: option to open automatically pages on a document

    I can add stamp on several pages in a document, but I have to manually change the page to apply it.
    It would be nice to have an option like "After stamp is applied - Document behavior" => "Open next page automatically".

  7. form validation

    Currently, I cannot use validation with drop down lists to compare with another drop down list. These drop down down fields are conneced to multi-column select lists and filter each other. You can for standard fields but not drop down lists. FOr example, I have a customer who selects a town and then selects a key. They will do this a few times on one web form. I want to validate that each key number on the web form is unique but that isn't possible for drop down lists. Please look into offering this. It would be a great feature…

  8. Make "WF_TASK_LINK" & "WF_TASKLIST_LINK" available as a workflow system variables

    It would be advantageous if the link to the workflow task could be saved in a variable for further processing. This would allow users to open the respective workflow task or workflow task list directly from external applications.

    DocuWare currently only offers this in the email workflow task notification.

    The following two links would also be useful as workflow system variables:

    We would like to have the option of adding Table field from the Form Designer in Merge form. Or the system should be able to use both Web form and Merge form option in case the above request is not possible.

  10. Split and Merge Workflow

    Ability to branch workflow task and then merge them back in the same workflow. Example Lets take an example of travel Request use case. Once the Manager approves. One task should trigger to Travel desk to get the hotel / Flight Booking done and another task to Finance Department to organise Cash. Then the two tasks should get merged and the workflow should continue. We can trigger two separate workflow based on index values and insert a wait but it would be nice and better if we can manage in the same workflow.

  11. Add email Auto Document Processing watch folder processing in the 365 environment like available in non-cloud email environment

    I suggest that the configuration of mail configuration options under configuration allows functionality whereby email watch folder processes for the Outlook 365 environment allow usage of Automatic Document Processing to index then store attachments in File Cabinets.

    Microsoft is forcing the move to Web Outlook / the New Outlook in Office 365 and the current option to utilize the Outlook Email add-in does not have the ability to select Document Processing configurations except when the sample document meets international UBL standard e-Invoice xml formats.

  13. Workflow Designer : please improve the font selection dialog of the stamps.

    We are having trouble with stamping characters out of frame when using an unsupported font from the font selection dialog in the task's stamp settings.
    This is because the font selection dialog in DocuWare’s workflow designer (especially when configuring stamps in tasks) seems to displays all fonts installed on your operating system.
    We hope you can improve this function by either changing the list of fonts so that only supported fonts can be chosen, or by increasing the types of fonts supported.

  14. Enable selection of dialog fields for pre-filling table columns with remaining amount in Workflow Designer

    Currently, in Workflow Designer, it is possible to pre-fill columns in a dialog table with the remaining amount by referencing a system or index field that holds the total amount. However, it is not possible to use a dialog field for this purpose.
    To improve flexibility and usability — especially for scenarios like account assignment in an incoming invoice workflow — it should be possible to select a dialog field as the source for the total amount. This would allow the remaining amount to be dynamically calculated based on user input at that specific workflow step.

  15. User list export to Excel

    Have a standard report to export the list of Docuware users to an Excel spreadsheet. This will make it easier to do lookups against other lists when managing DW users.

  16. User Management screen have a filter on the ACTIVE column

    On the User Management screen have a filter on the ACTIVE column so that you can see only ACTIVE or only INACTIVE users. Will make managing the list of users easier especially when checking if any ACTIVE users have left the company and need to be marked INACTIVE.

  17. Store Dialog - autofill single value

    Add the Autofill single entry feature from Forms to Store Dialogs. It would be very useful to fill the vendor name field and the vendor number field auto fills from the select list if there is a single result.

  18. Increase column limit for Tables in DocuWare Forms

    Currently, the Table item in DocuWare Forms can only support up to 12 columns per item. This can be inconvenient when an existing file cabinet has a table field with more than that number of columns.

  19. Support for ISDOC e-Invoice variant of EU standard EN 16931 (EU Directive 2014/55/EU)

    Docuware supports some EU variants of e-Invoicing.
    Please add support variant for Czech Republic called ISDOC
    https://www.mvcr.cz/isdoc/
    https://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISDOC

    ISDOC is also like others based on XML.
    It can be 3 types:
    XML file with extension (suffix) *.isdoc
    XML file with attachment (archived in ZIP) and extension *.isdocx
    PDF file with embedded XML data, extension *.pdf

    Extension ISDOC is similar to XRechnung variant.
    Extension PDF is similar to ZUGFeRD.

    Suppliers can choose if they send to customer *.isdoc or *.isdocx or *.pdf.
    If supplier sends ISDOC compatible invoice, most of them use *.isdoc (some use *.pdf with embedded XML data).

    We should be able to trigger workflows via API with a trigger reserved for API calls. The WF would return its instance ID at the end of the call.
