nicely put, for audit requirements some documents need to be deleted within X amount of days. The recycle bin adds an artificial 30 days to these documents which is unwanted in this use-case.

This would greatly increase the value of Docuware Forms. We have many use cases for this functionality. Examples include the ability to fill out a form for a specific document already stored in Docuware. (ie Surveys, employee id, Order ID)

If this cannot be done, adding the ability to have the Replyto set on the email could work as well.

The current workaround is to build a workflow that updates a different index value with the keyword field flattened out each time the field changes. A lot of overhead could be removed if this would be done on demand when shown to the user in a result list.
As a workaround for this issue, I have created a workflow that will use the platform API to delete all the sections of a document. this converts the document into a data record which will eventually be deleted by the delete policy.
