I can not believe this takes more then 3 years to implement. The same nummering a list, workflows looks an easy way to implement ! Go for it, developer team !

This is a good idea, it really does not make sense when we setup multiple workflows for different departments, e.g. HR and Marketing, all reply of mails will go to 1 reply address. There should be an selection of which workflow-step use which mailserver from configuration.
