    It should be possible to search for empty date fields (Search Dialogue). Currently, this function is only possible as a list.

  2. Within Specify Text, be able to Split AND Retain the Charactor

    Within Document Processing, where text may be captured, there is a control called SPECIFY TEXT, which includes "AFTER KNOWN CHARACTER(S)". We need to keep those known charactors. Can you add "AFTER KNOWN CHARACTERS AND RETAIN THEM". For example we need to split the following at the T and keep the T too. <VARIABLE DATA IN LENGTH>T<VARIABLE DATA IN LENGTH> will result in "T<VARIABLE DATA IN LENGTH>"

    When I want to add a document to an existing record using the option (put clip) without the need to block, being able to choose the order, where I want to place it and not just at the end of each pdf, that would help a lot.

  4. Fix Index entries in Info Dialog to trigger workflow after manual index change

    If a user changes index information via the result list, they could potentially change any field available there. However, trying to trigger a workflow based on that index change might be difficult if there are many fields.

    It would be great if we could use the "custom entry" and "read only" option in the info dialog to fill a Status field with a fixed value if a user changes index information via the info dialog. That way we can then trigger the workflow based on the status change

  5. Make an addition with one click indexing

    When you are filling up a table with amounts using the One Click Indexing, for example.
    Would'nt be great to be able to do additions ?
    For example I have an invoice with 10 rows and I want to use the 3 first rows to create an unique row in my table field. When using the one click indexing with the ctrl+click, i'm able to concatenate each of my click in one unique field.
    When this field would be a floating type, it would be great if the same ctrl+click was additing up each floats instead of concatenate them, so…

  7. add comments to versions

    Add the ability to add comments to versions with automatic versioning. Currently, the system automatically adds a comment "Automatic Version Management". We often send documents to clients and would like to have the ability to change the comment to "sent to client on *** day" or something similar

  8. Autoindex LDC queries inefficient

    The LDC queries currently use ALL fields in the WHERE clause as opposed to a Primary Key. This has the potential to cause overflow errors when using an external source.

    The match code field could be used as a primary key or you could certainly provide us the ability to designate a primary key.

  11. Force Date fields to System Region

    When storing documents with 'US' culture encoded into the PDF, we have found that the date field will store in US format like MM/DD/YYYY

    This is despite our system being configured in all areas to use Australian date format DD/MM/YYYY

    DocuWare support has advised that this is working as intended, but I cannot see how this makes any logical sense as it promotes incorrect data.

    Docuware 7.6 preview..
    I simply can't understand why you haven't made the autofill single value function in the store dialogs.. because this is the main input source to get documents inside Docuware.. (Currently in 7.6 is only on forms). Please make this feature available in 7.6 final release.. i have many customers who are waiting for this feature where they are using filtered lists..

  14. Indexar o Actualizar valores de FileCabinet por archivo csv cargado desde WebClient de docuware.

    Se requiere poder cargar una archivo csv desde la interfaz web client de Docuware. El objetivo es poder indexar o actualizar los valores de los file cabinets.
    Por temas de seguridad no es posible utilizar ftp o conexión a base local.

  15. Provide different sort settings for keyword fields

    It seems to be the case, that if an MSSQL Database (DocuWare Cloud) is used, keyword field entries are automatically sorted in an alphabetical order after applying changes to them.
    This is not the case for MySQL Databases. Sometimes the order/sorting of the entered values are important for the customer or special use cases. It would be very nice to have possibilites to select how or if the entered values should be sort/ordered.

  16. DATABASE LOOKUP

    This issue has been posted a lot of different ways but nothing has happened with it. I know Docuware has come up with their version of autoindexing and don't seem to understand why so many other softwares have standardize how it is done. You create a odbc connection and assign it to a data entry textbox. When someone keys a value and hits enter, it will populate all the other fields. This is the way it has always been done. This version runs after the fact which doesn't let the person indexing compare the results to the image they are…

  17. Smart Index templates window resizing

    Smart index template moves when resizing the window of the connected application. Create a way to set the window size so users can not accidentally resize the window in which causes the template to not be aligned.

  18. create automatic incremental number that is always consecutive

    It is possible to create a auto increment field in DocuWare, however when you cancel the form before storing the document it will increment the number already. Please make it possible to create a metadata field with 100% consecutive numbering

  19. Process Documents in Archive again with Document Processing

    If you update parameters or fields within document processing profiles and you want to update all "Matching" Documents in the archive accordingly, you should be able to send Documents of an Archive to Document Processing. (for example from within a result list)
    The updateable (changed / new) values should then be accepted or discarded from the requesting user.

  20. Be able to assign notifications to user groups
