DocuWare forms user license for DocuWare Cloud
I suggest creating light cloud user license for DocuWare forms, so that customers can create internal forms without the need to make them public. For instance if a customer has 300 employees, 50 of them use DocuWare, and the 250 only use forms to submit requests, we are giving this feature free of charge but exposing the forms to the world, we can charge for small license fee and give customers the option to make their internal forms private and only available for authenticated users.

Change 'send request' defaults
Would be most helpful to change defaults on the Send Request page. For example, we would like to change the following as defaults:
* Subject line text (would save us from editing every single time)
* Text (would save us from editing every single time)
* Decision choice names (we would never use Accept or Reject, but would change it to Completed or Not Completed. (It is a task after all, and tasks get completed in our business).2 votesThank you for your contribution. Your idea is available with version 7.9.

SAML
Please reconsider the use of SAML authentication to provide an much more flexible authentication mechanism that does not require Microsoft services.

What you should see is that 91% of schools in the state of IL are Google schools while only 27% utilize Both Microsoft and Google services.
I think that you are limiting your customers by not offering other authentication mechanisms like SAML. We do believe that Docuware is the better product but because of this we will likely have to choose another product.
As MFA is now required for any PII for school…

Allow to duplicate a table field row
Rows in a table field can be pretty similar in documents like invoices. It would be helpful to allow to duplicate a row when storing data, as well as when adding data in a workflow task.

bring back true hidden stamps
In the new stamp designer, if you add a user input, and choose a select list, that value displays visibly on the document whether you want it to or not. That input should be able to be linked to an index field only without being displayed on the document. We used to have this functionality when the stamps were created in the Admin tool - choosing the 'hidden stamp' option.

It was only missing in the first implementation of the new web based configuration, but the part in the Administration was available. With version 7.3 also “Hidden” stamps are available in the Configuration and all stamp aconfiguration is removed from the Administration

Sort Order - System Fields
Please add ability to configure order of a list or results with system fields and not only index fields. Thanks.
In fact, it is possible to order by 1 system field only, and manually, but not able to configure it...so it's never the default for my users.

One import configuration for monitoring scan folders of many users
It would be good to have an option to only configure one single import configuration to monitor a folder structure of Scan folders (Scans\Username) to then import the documents directly into the default Intray of the user of that username folder.
Currently, if you have 50 users with scan folders for their documents and you want to configure that centrally, you have to create 50 import configuration and 50 import jobs.

Google Cloud Directory Sync
Now that it is possible to connect to the Windows Active directory in Docuware Cloud, it would be great to also be able to connect to the Google Activee directory.

Add Required option to fields listed in store dialogue
I've had a few instances where I'd like to make entry required for a field in a store dialog, but not specifically at the file cabinet level.

add another column in the search for number of pages in document
It would be great if we could add a column in the search dialog to include a total page counts for documents.

Allow wildcard for store dialog select list or increase # of entries that can be viewed in drop down.
I suggest that DW cloud allow wildcards to narrow down select lists. I have a user with a long select list and it is very difficult to get to the entries after 1-50, especially since the first 15-20 characters on the select list options are all identical. Either make the select list view in cloud longer or allow * to narrow down field.

Ability to sort on multiple columns in task or results list
Allow user to select sort order based on column heading by indicating as level 1, 2 or 3. Another option is make task and results list automatically sort by three left most columns in order. This way user can order columns of list so left most column is first sort order followed by second and third column.

Your idea is already available.To sort by up to three columns you can first click on the first column, then use Shift and click on the second column.

Show the version total for all documents in a cabinet
If I want to see how many versions of documents exist in a cabinet it's basically impossible.
If I search and press the show old versions button it maxes out at 10K. Why does this not exist? How are we meant to determine how much storage our different versions are taking up?

With version 7 there is no functionality to show old versions in the result list. The versions of a document are shown separately from all other documents. -
DocuWare Knowledge Center
Please fix the DocuWare Knowledge Center website so that it will remember that I speak English. So that when I follow a link to get there, it will actually take me to the desired document

Unique key into File Cabinet
Into the File Cabinet the user have the possibility to mark the fields that the values must be unique. This will avoid duplicate data (eg invoices with the same number)

Point to clipboard a barcode
Copy a barcode value in clipboard, to paste in third party application. today, even if the text is under the barcode, it is impossible to take only the text. the copy give a succession of 1 (111111 11)

searching a stored document
Is there a way to search a stored document by putting in a page number. Some of our documents are 600 to 800 pages. It would help if we could enter a page number instead of having to click the arrow through all 600 to 800 pages!
