Automatically logout from windows explorer client
The DocuWare-Windows-Explorer Client should logout an user immediately after closing the windows explorer. Right now it takes a lot of time until the client license frees up.

Step 1: Right-click on the desktop, and select Personalize option.
Step 2: From the left side panel clicks on Lock Screen and select Screen saver settings.
Step 3: From the drop-down bar under the screen saver select an option.
Step 4: Check the box On the resume, display the logon screen, and change the number to 5 in the Wait box.
Step 5: Click on Apply, and OK.
