allow html email notifications
The email notifications generated from workflows allow for quite a bit of customization with verbage and data fields, but they're plaintext. Nowadays people are accustomed to getting quite attractive email notifications from their various services so it would be great if you could add the ability to use html formatting and images in the emails - it would add to the professional look and feel of DocuWare.

The Email Box does allow html code, but no inline pictures

Yes, html emails would be a big improvement. The plaintext emails do have a very basic look about them and people expect something prettier these days.
