I suggest to allow customizing the pre-defined document types
I suggest to offer a possibility to customize the pre-defined document types by mapping a more desirable value to the pre-defined document types i.e. "Invoice In" -> "My Invoice" .

Hello, if you are never using the pre-defined document types you could have a dummy index field that is mapped to the Document Type in the Intelligent Indexing settings for the basket and just ignore the field in the store dialog and assign your document type field as a custom text field instead.
That way you will benefit from Intelligent Indexing proposals and the learning capabilities but not see all of the pre-defined document types. Nevertheless, we are working on improving the notification you mentioned. Best, Mario Schwarz

To add to this comment; our company has our own set of document types and we've made the 'Doc Type' field a select list. However, when using 'Intelligent Indexing' on new documents it still prioritizes the pre-defined doc types (Invoice In, etc.) to the top of the list (very annoying). When I do not select a pre-defined doc type it then gives me a yellow message box basically stating I 'should' select one of the pre-defined doc types. The message will not clear out until I hit the 'X'. It would be nice if the pre-defined doc types could be hidden and that yellow message box would go away.
